Terrible customer service, inconvenient office hours for corporate parkers, poorly structured business plan and registration process. You can only register for the lot online. If your lot does not accept monthly payment plans there are no instructions about how to register for this lot online. You must call the office. The office manager is very rude and can do very little for you over the phone except accept your online registration. The office hours are from 9 to 4, good luck trying to accommodate this into your schedule if you work 8 to 5, like most of their paying customers. Once you make it through the registration process do not expect anyone to call or mail you a permit unless you call back. Mailing a permit can take up to 3 business days, otherwise you must pick it up at their downtown office during work. In my case I asked that it be mailed, but changed my mind and will go pick it up. She informed me I owed her the stamp amount of 45 cents when I picked it up because she had already gotten my documents ready to mail. Ha! Terrible Houston branch of this company that markets themselves as a great experience. They make me wish I could walk to work.

This is the parking lot directly across from the Toyota Center. Even though the office is located on the parking lot, there have been lots of reports of criminal things happening there. However, I haven’t heard as many stories lately — maybe they took some proactive steps or the other side decided to move on to other lots. It is a quick place to park for Rockets games, but the prices are typically steep.
