Life Line Screening

This is a traveling health service to many locations in & around Houston. The waiting period of over an hour as compared to 15 mins. 10 yrs, ago is simply unacceptable, especially when everything is by a set appointment time. The total time of all the tests together for a basic package is about 10 – 12 mins. The new push of additional diagnostic testing starts with the phone call for an appt. & takes places until the very last second a person walks out the door. This also is unacceptable in my book. I saw many elderly people being basically scammed into taking tests that were probably offered for free under their Medicare plans. Just my 2 cents to help other be aware of what they are getting. Read all the fine print as these are not medical practioners & is so stated in their literature. They are simply a testing mill. If you have insurance these services are more than likely covered under your wellness plan. LLS co-​ops with organizations to offer ‘discounted’ bundles. They definitely have a place as far as some advance health screening but not much more. I’m not saying don’t go, just be aware of what you are paying for. Thanks.

Lousy service
Service was lousy. Basically, you pay upfront so there is no turning back. They get you in the door and make you wait 2 hours for a 30 min test. Those so called health professionals were rude. I felt like waiting in line at a low cost clinic. Sign up with them if you have time to waste. If you pay extra for blood work, you better be careful. Including the wait time, you might be fasting for over 10 hours. By the time they get to you, your glucose level will be low for sure. Will not recommend to anyone.
