Logan’s Roadhouse

Went in for lunch with co-​workers, looking for a better than average burger. Hey, this is a steak house, right?
Just reviewing the burgers– in a word, you’re better off at McDonalds.
Two of us asked for our patties «medium rare».
«No can do, but we’ll cook ‘em medium.»
Medium???
Our burgers were dry to the point of being well done and utterly flavorless. Actually some of the worst burgers I’ve ever eaten.
Too many restaurants in the area for me to be wasting time coming back here, so Logan’s is off the list.

Just left the restaurant. Filthy glasses, filthy menus & filthy silverware. Get it together, Logan’s. Instead of letting your servers stand around, why don’t you make them clean something? We’ve always liked Logan’s but after this and undercooked chicken and over cooked steaks– we won’t be back.

Hostess insisted upon sitting me next to a large table with several loud children, even though there were at least 8 other empty tables of the same size available. When she wouldn’t seat me elsewhere, I left. They obviously don’t need my business.

Food is what you would expect from a mid-​priced chain. Service was pretty good.

It’s been a while since my wife and i came here. Place isn’t bad, service is ok not the greatest. I want to say the Rolls were the best thing about this place. Steak wasn’t as good as they use to be, a bit on the salty side for my taste. The waiter needs to know what they do or do not have.

We had been visiting this place since they opened years ago. Recently, we visited and at first had very slow and bad service. The waitress would go and visit another table on the other side and not refill drinks, etc. I then found a nasty hair in my bread, which i showed to a staff member. After asking several times for a manager, she came and simply told another server to take over. They offered no solution or anything. I called corporate office and complained about this and they gave me the whole we are sorry and will talk to a regional manager. Never heard another word from them. I’m sorry, but they lost a long time customer who will start visiting their competitors from now on. Hair in food is very unsanitary.

Still peeved about our visit on ¹²⁄₁₁. Apparently, at this restaurant, you don’t receive what you order. And when you mention it to the staff, they return the exact same, incorrect food to you because you’re not going to get what you ask for.
Gabe was our server and didn’t bother to refill drinks, and offered a half assed excuse as to why he screwed up.
Just a thought, listen to what the customer is saying they want instead of assuming they’re pointing to a picture, unless maybe they point and say, «I want that.» … and then give them what they ask for.
Some people have evolved enough to communicate with words, rather than grunting and pointing.
My first visit to Logan’s on 290 will absolutely be my last.

Sadly I’ve had better and cheaper steaks at Midtown Drinkery on thursday’s «steak night»

This place is amazing! I love the service and the food. The bread they first give you on the complimentary is freshly toasted. The food is great and I plan on coming back very soon.

Great service and the food was perfect. I can’t complain. I didn’t use the restroom, but the dining room was clean. I expected it to have tons of shells from the peanuts, but it was swept very clean. I would definitely visit this location again.

Good value. Doesn’t seem to get crazy crowded. Great kids menu. Peanuts are fun. Nothing really bad (or super-​amazing) to say. Good eats. I take my little kid there for a quick, easy and affordable meal.

I come for the atmosphere to be with my friends. I’ve never gotten a steak cooked right and always have had to send them back. The prices are fair and the food is okay. The waitstaff have always been friendly though.
Omg the rolls though, they are super yummy. And they have peanuts while you wait.

I went to this location on a Friday evening & sat in the bar area. Despite the place not being crowded, service was slow, friendly but slow. The chicken breast I ordered was a bit tough. Also, the floor in the bar area has peanut shells on the floor. Wearing sandals is not recommended.

Wait staff exceedingly knowledgeable regarding beer menu! Love the atmosphere… Immediately greeted by doorman and he explained different areas of venue and waitstaff is awesome!!!
We will be back again and again!!!

I really appreciate the district manager calling me about the last trip to Logan’s.
It show that this restaurant really cares about the option of the customers

I’m a big steak guy and I’ve driven by this place a few times, so I thought I check it out. It looked like a family-​style place with a bar. I ordered the porterhouse steak and it was delicious! The fried pickles were pretty good too! The waitress was very friendly and asked us if we needed anything. Overall experience was excellent and I’ll be back again!

All I can say is wow. I really shouldn’t be surprised by the stupidity of other people, but these people left me dumbfounded.
First, had a group of seven and they had to put a table together for us. They set up our table right next to a table of 30 so we are back to back with this group. (Keep in mind there was an empty space they could have arranged the table in with one four top occupying the space) How the waitstaff planned on getting through to reach either party, I don’t know. Next, our server was trying, but way to inexperienced to handle a party of seven.
Second, the party of 30 had more people show up and they sat in the lonely four top far away from their party. So people were yelling at each other all over the place to communicate.
Third, the steak I ordered was undercooked, over seasoned and 70% fat. The broccoli was pretty much mush. I couldn’t even eat it.
Fourth, my mother took my niece and daughter to the restroom and a waitress came out of the stall after using the restroom with her apron still on. If you’ve ever worked in the service industry you know how gross this is.
This place was just poorly run with a poorly trained staff. You couldn’t pay me enough money to ever come back here.

Let me start by saying that, for a chain restaurant, Logan’s has pretty darn good food and service. My wife and I were impressed by both.
That being said, there is nothing – NOTHING – at this restaurant that is original or that is not pre-​planned. Everything is loud and cookie-​cutter, from the Bud Light signs that cover the walls to the «crazy» names for some of their dishes to the awful pop-​country music emanating from the speakers.
Logan’s is a decent enough place if you’re looking for a chain restaurant where you can buy a decent steak and drink your Bud Light in peace with good customer service. If you’re searching for originality, personality, or something out of the ordinary, look elsewhere. Ambience-​wise, Logan’s is about as bland as it gets.

It’s Saturday night and we’ve decided to eat on the patio (didn’t even know they had one lol). Brandy the bartender waited on us, she was very good and made sure we had everything we needed. She didn’t bother us too much but she also didn’t let our drinks get low. The patio needs a little TLC. It would be nice if the bushes didn’t block the view of the highway, it’s fun watching cars go by.

Super Roadhouse mit ein klasse Charme. Erdnüsse in kleinen Eimern (vorsichtig, sonst ist man schon vor dem Essen satt), einigen Cocktails und verdammt guten Spare Ribs (Baby Back Ribs). Die werden 8 Stunden gegart und mit einer tollen BBQ-​Sauce serviert. War schon drei mal dort, immer als letzter Abend vor dem Abflug, und es war immer wirklich gut.
