Absolutely WORST management I’ve ever dealt with in Houston!!! The apartments are ghetto and full of people on drugs and I would never recommend someone to waste their money on this trash called a «luxury» high rise.

If you want to pay top dollar for an apartment with inept management, poor security (there have been 9 failures of the garage gate in the last year and two vehicle vandalisms), and transient/​weekly rental clients, this is the place. Numerous issues such as pool parties where the resident invites 10s of non residents, garage in the stairwells, no control of parking and resident personal trainers training people that don’t reside in the complex. Thank goodness we are leaving soon. Make sure you know what you are getting into before you sign a lease here.

When I was in Houston last week, instead of booking a hotel, I decided to book an apartment. 5250 was not only a pleasantly quiet residential, but the staff were just as sweet.
I was staying on the 13th floor, amazing view of the Galleria Mall (of course) and the downtown skyline. No neighbors, which was even more great, and again quiet.
Down on the 6th floor, are the fitness centers, spinning room, and theatre which includes free wifi. I completely was in heaven and did not want to leave after my week being there.
Downstairs right before you hit the concierge desk, there’s a complimentary mini Starbucks bar– ummm seriously?! Delish! :)
Basically, money and time well spent.
I’m hoping the apartment will be available for this week since I’m going back for 2 days. Fingers crossed.
