Had a lovely time here! Lots of space and well kept. The splash pad is big and our toddler loved it. There are plenty of chairs.

Since moving to Maplewood South in ’07, I have always loved coming to this pool. It’s within walking distance of my house and is definitely worth the $ 85 membership fee. The facilities are very well maintained — both 25 meter pools have been recently resurfaced, new black wrought iron fence installed last year, and the pool house also received a fresh coat of paint. The splash zone is fun for the kids(what kid doesn’t enjoy the dumping water bucket?) There are roofed shaded areas, plenty of big shade trees as well as lush grassy areas to spread out your towel on and soak up some rays. The snack bar has ice cream, sodas, chips, etc., pizza deliveries are allowed(Pizza Hut, Dominos and Papa John’s are all within 1 mile). They also permit coolers with your own drinks. Alcoholic drinks allowed, but glass bottles are not, so remember to pour your beer, wine or liquor into a plastic cup before imbibing. The only minor complaint is the scarcity of chaise loungers — plenty of chairs, but the chaise loungers are a limited commodity and tend to get claimed quickly. The pool is open weekends beginning May 1st and then daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and then weekends only until about the 3rd weekend in September. Membership fees are $ 110 for residents($ 85 if paid before May 1st), and $ 315 for nonresidents…

I wish I lived in their neighborhood. I LOVED visiting this pool with friends and I would happily pay more than they ask for a pass to the pool if I was closer. The pool is large. Period. We went on a warm summer day and it wasn’t overly crowded. We spent some time at the kiddie pool with our friend’s little one and enjoyed watching them run through the fun water park sculptures. The large pool is lovely. Every hour they make you get out to make sure everyone gets a break and that the little kids all take their bathroom breaks. It’s also a great way for parents to make an ending time for kids«When they tell you to get out of the pool, we’re heading home». There is a parking lot, but we walked here from our friends house. It makes me want to move to the neighborhood. I would spend most of my free time here if I could!

This pool is a reason to live in Maplewood! It costs residents less than $ 100/year to use it for the season, and it’s awesome. Clean, friendly, great vibe. Fun music playing, not to harsh with the rule enforcement, everyone is having a good time. Awesome family pool.

If I lived in this neighborhood, I would shell out whatever dough they wanted so I could use this pool anytime I wanted. All the pools were clean and free of any debris even though there were blooming trees all around. There are 3 pools: a kiddie pool, a lap pool, another lap pool with diving well, and a splash pad. The kiddie pool and splash pad area are well shaded. There are plenty of lawn chairs and chaise lounges. There is a covered area for parties. The facilities are obviously from the 70’s but they have been incredibly well maintained. We had a great time at the pool today. Oh, and it was really nice to be out of west U. I can’t keep up with the West U mommies. These mommies looked normal. What a relief.
