I’ve been here twice. Both times I walked in by myself and there was no one up front. The music was so loud and the door chime so quiet that the guy behind the counter didn’t come out from the back to help me… The first time it happened I stood at the door and opened and closed it about a dozen times until they FINALLY emerged and helped me after I’d waited for 10 minutes. The second time the same thing happened, and I even contemplated going back there and making ice cream myself since obviously the associates at this location are preoccupied «doing their homework in the back» to help customers. Definitely terrible customer service and a pain especially when you’re in a hurry to get back to work.

Guy behind the counter had the music deafeningly loud, and set to rap music no less ! Very bad for a place that caters heavily to kids, and extremely poor in general for customer service attitude. Made it almost impossible to communicate with this guy behind the counter.
