Not the best when it comes to friendly customer service or cleanliness, but they change out their flavors often and have a decent amount of toppings. Today for example, I saw several large bags of trash(picture) right outside the store 20 minutes ’til closing. There were two ladies working inside but both seemed to be busy in the back when we were getting our yogurt. When we were ready to pay, they made made my friend and I, as well as another customer behind us, wait a few minutes before one employee emerged from the back and checked us out, without apologizing for making us wait. Poor customer service. I will give 3 stars for the taste of the yogurt because the cheesecake flavor and brownie batter flavor are both delicious. The toppings are pretty well maintained here, but occasionally there are toppings that mix with others which is not ideal. I do like that they have a rewards card here which is pretty great. For every $ 1 you spend you get 1 point and for every 10 points you get a $ 1 credit added to your account to use at any time! Overall, if they would«clean» up their act a bit by waiting until 10pm to take the trash out, AND also being a little friendlier then I would have given them more stars.

Best FroYo in town hands down no competition can touch it. Always new flavors lots of toppings. Nice sitting area inside and out. Clean facilities from the door to the restrooms. The owner is friendly and welcoming. They provide a loyalty rewards card to earn free froyo. I recommend peanut butter, cheesecake, strawberry and Roasted marshmallow as my top favorites. You have to try the Boba they are super fruity and cool to eat.

Always clean and keep ALL their toppings fresh & prepared! Love this frozen yogurt location. Very friendly staff and cleanliness is always without a doubt their best. Would definitely recommend this location. Not to mention the pizza place and three brothers bakery are right down the side walk!

This place is so good! I am a chocolate fanatic and then fudge brownie is great. I usually mix with cake batter(divine). You will not be disappointed by this place. I have a tried a couple some other yogurt places and wanted my money back but not Orange leaf!

We come here every time we are in Houston. Our absolute favorite fro-yo place. Best flavors, great employees, and clean restrooms. Very family friendly environment! We ran in 10 minutes before they closed(jerk move, i know, but i just had to have it) anf everything was still completely stocked, all the attention was on the customers and not just«what else do i have to do to get out of here». Kudos to you ladies! Best part, they now have«to-go» containers so it doesn’t go bad in the freezer after 24 hours like usual. Definitely cannot wait to go back!

This might be my favorite self serve frozen yogurt place to date. strictly speaking in terms of the actual yogurt flavor and quality. I like the thick texture of the yogurt compared to that of Menchies. It’s more of a custard texture. I got brownie batter and wedding cake. They were both really good. I also got the firstt 2oz free because I checked in on Unilocal! I’m only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the staff were really young and not as cool as Menchies staff, and they didn’t have the assortment of toppings that Menchie’s does(including cool whip, which I happen to enjoy on top of my froyo).

Why do people like this place? I still have an unused Groupon from here bc I tried it once and decided that 1) yogurt was too sugary sweet 2) yogurt was more like ice and sugar had no real tangy yogurt flavor 3) fruity flavors tasted fake. Sorry for bad review but I just dont see why orange leaf is good. I think it’s cheap and there was alot of kids there and probably like the sugary yogurt and toppings Still my fav yogurt shops are yogurt land and tutti frutti

LIVETHISPLACE. I usually have very strong opinions about fro-yo, but I have no complaints. All of the food is really good, and I especially love the banana flavor. There toppings are also great. I always get brownie brittle. They have something for everyone. Are you lactose in tolerant? Get a smoothie. Want low in fat? Get some low fat yogurt.

This place makes the best waffles and coffee flavored frozen yogurt. I come here just for those. Its decoration is nice and unique.

Visited this morning at 11 for a special treat for our visiting cousins from out of town and the customer service was glaringly bad! The young man working behind the counter ignored our pleas to turn down the blaring loud music despite our being the only people in the store. After I explained that our mother who wears a hearing aid could not hear our conversation over the music he impolitely acknowledged me and then hid in the back, when he did come out again he ignored me. We left. The place was overpriced for the terrible customer service. When 4 adults and 5 children are treated this poorly at 11 am, I can not imagine when the place is crowded. I would encourage you to spend your money at yogurtland instead– yogurt is better and friendly help.

This location is super busy with a lot of traffic. Your typical froyo shop. Love the pistachio fro yo sad it was seasonal only.

Found this coming out Memorial mall and it was the closet one. We had a nice time, when we walked in it seemed packed but it wasn’t it’s just sort of small inside. If there’s a lot of people it can get a little crazy by the self serve. They have a really good selection of toppings. It might be because of the 2oz free with check in but I still feel it was less expensive here. There is only 3 tables and some window seating and a couch. It’s Thursday night past 9 so there wasn’t that many people there. Like another reviewer said the serving areas is clean but being the end of the day it did seem a little dirty by the tables. My husband would like to add that the restrooms were clean. We will be coming back :)

Oh my gosh Unilocalers, WHY didn’t you all tell me about this place SOONER!!! Holding out on a girl is just plain MEAN!!! I actually found this place completely by accident. I was trying to get to Wells Fargo, and drove too far past, and decided to just make a loop around. I happened to spot Orange Leaf across the street, and I decided to check it out. It was pretty late when I went, so there were only two other customers. They currently have a nice holiday selection, and I’ll have to go back later to try the pumpkin and the peppermint for sure. But I did get the gingerbread, which is DEFINITELY on point! Nice and creamy yogurt, and a nice variety of flavors to choose from. The choice of toppings is plentiful, and the toppings bar was clean and well stocked even an hour before closing. I like that! The employees are friendly, and the pricing is nice! I’ll be back. And next time, I might even bring my OWN bucket – uh, container. I mean business when it comes to that gingerbread yogurt…

I think Orange Leaf Yogurt is one of the best in Houston. As you know, the market is flooded with yogurt shops and most are the same, but Orange Leaf had a very hip-modern feel with funky orange and white colors and modern furniture. Beyond décor, orange leaf has unique flavors that actually taste like the name. Many places have creative yogurt blends but they usually don’t live up to their name. I loved root beer float, birthday cake, and the simpler pineapple sherbert. I know people usually go to what is near them, but if you are in this area… skip the rest… go to the best… Orange Leaf… Yea Orange!

Why are there so many yogurt stands popping up everywhere. It’s like a delicious roach infestation… that we all love… So with all these yogurt stands popping up everywhere, what sets them apart? quality? texture? taste? service? cleanliness? no I say… it’s dividers in your cup… you can get a little piece of paper that serves as a divider in your cup. Three flavors… and no cross contamination. That’s right… no more raspberry twist in your coffee or peanut butter flavor. The yogurt, service, and unlimited free sample cups is also a plus… The place is nice. Plenty of indoor seating to sit with your friends and converse about the dividers. and such… cool place. I would compare this place to a red mango but with more seating. (Check in with Unilocal and get 2 free ounces!)

COTTONCANDYFROYO + Gummy bears and rainbow sprinkles = Candy Land frozen in a cup. In all my froyo eating, I’ve never seen this delicious flavor elsewhere, and that’s a shame, but much love to Orange Leaf for doing it. I liked that the tester cups were sitting out and I didn’t have to bug an employee for some. Obviously I got a large helping of cotton candy flavor, but from everything I sampled, overall, the yogurt here tastes more tart than most froyo places. That is a good thing when it comes to the fruit flavors, but I dislike chocolate or caramel flavors with that tart flavor. Love that there is a loyalty card, too! Yogurtland didn’t get that memo, but Orange Leaf and Menchies are winners for offering loyalty freebies. And if you check in on Unilocal at this location, you’ll get 2 oz free! :)

This place is ok. But if you’re a regular they have a club card that gives you a ounce back. I forgot what the rewards were. I had a few samples, the coffee was my favorite. I know these yogurt are suppose to be heathy for you… But some of the flavors tasted really sweet to me. I ordered the orange & it reminded me of the push ups you get from the ice cream man. After a few spoons I was done. Too sweet for my tasting. If you’re looking for a non-fruit & different yogurt flavors check this place out.

Yogurt was pretty great. I love that they let you take your own sample of the yogurt, not someone handing them to you(I really hate that). If you check in with Unilocal you get 2 ounces free, woop woop! I had the coconut, pomegranate, pineapple and blueberry and they were all great. The girl in the front was nice and pretty fast. They had a little bit of outdoor seating and that is always a plus.

They have great flavors, and flavor combinations(snickerdoodle + coffee, and pineapple + coconut) !! They switch out flavors and come up with new ones every so often, so keep going back. Better than your average fro-yo. And I like that they weigh your froyo/toppings, not charge per topping. PS: Don’t forget to check-in on Unilocal, and you can also sign up for their rewards program for discounts :)
