The service was horrible but the Piña loka and the mongonada we ordered were great. The reason why I had bad service was because the young lady that took care of us seemed to have a attitude the whole time we were trying to order. Since it was my first time even ordering a preparada I asked if they sold that there and she replied with«what do you mean by preparadas?» So I felt a little confused but I shouldn’t had because i showed her a picture of a preparada from a Unilocaler and she said«oh yea that’s a piña loka preparada«so i asked for the price and the price of another one and she replied with well this one cost 12 and the other one well we don’t have any pine apples were out so i told her ummmm okay? Give me a sec then to figure out what I’m going to order about a minute later she tell me «so are you going to order the pine apple one or not ?» And I told her«dint you just say you were all out? Why would I order one ?» And she replied with«oh they just arrived in that car«(a van pulled up) … So I ordered it after I paid for everything I went to my car and wait because it was cold outside i thought to my self to make surety ask if they put the alcohol in the preparadas(Smirnoff) and so I went and I asked her«the piña loka comes with alcohols right ?» And she said well you should of had Asked because it’s $ 2 more«but the catch was that with my card the minimum would be $ 3 I swear I was so aggravated not to mention she was staring when i was writing her too down agh bad experience

The crazy apples… omg! They are sooo good. They come with pieces of fresh fruit too which makes it more like a fruit salad. I was pleasantly surprised. Plenty delicious. I also ordered fresas con crema and a large leche/mango shaved ice. Lots of cream on the berries but they were fresh and tasty. Shaved ice had chunks of mango topped with lechera and it was delicious. I used the spend 20 and get 5 off coupon.(Show it before you order) customer service was good. The ladies were very nice. I was happy with my snacks and will definitely go back to try their gorditas!

I stopped at this place because I saw that they accepted debit cards. When I placed my order it was below $ 5 and the woman said that she could NOT give me my order because it was below $ 5. There were no signs saying that there was a minimum of $ 5 charge. The lady was very rude. Definitely never going here again. I do not appreciate false advertising.

I came here with a friend earlier today for a piña preparada. I was so used to driving all the way out to Barker Cypress & Clay to Don Peguino snacks for a similar drink. This saves me so much driving time and the preparada was absolutely amazing! We were able to sit out on a patio under umbrellas and enjoy this exotic drink. It made me feel like I was vacationing somewhere tropical. This is not the place to go if you’re in a hurry. The drinks take a while to prepare due to coring out pineapples by hand and what not. But overall, this is a definite go-to, and I will be back in no time!

I usually go to the refresqueria across the street(Mango Island) but noticed this place and decided to give it a try. The corn in the cup was ok. Wish it was a little more spicy. Chamoyada was good but wish it was a little more spicy as well. It also only comes in one size which I wasn’t able to finish. Have yet to try the other stuff on their menu. They do take credit cards with $ 5 minimum and they have a parking lot. Came back to try the mangonada. Forgot to take a photo but it was pretty delicious and had big chunks of frozen mango which you rarely get at other places. It cost $ 5. And a perk is this place is opened I think til 10pm or later for those that want an evening snack. They also have a few tables out front.
