I came here with a friend the other day and the service was just not awesome at all. At first the server(s) were checking on us too much. Meaning we had one person get my drink order as soon as I sat down which was fine, but not even ten seconds later, another person asked if we were ready. My friend asked the first server how much their sangria was(they didn’t know) so when the second person came by, we relayed the message(the second server didn’t know either). The first person came back again with our drinks and at the same time the second person came back to tell us how much the sangria was. We declined anything else but water at the time and then didn’t see either person again for a while. Like 15+ mins. Finally we flagged someone down and ordered coffee for my friend. Okay this is where it was no Bueno. The cream was brought in a salad dressing ramekin, which has no spout so it def was not easy to pour. Then we look to our right and coffee was being brought to a table next to us and the cream was brought in a proper container– but– the server was spilling it all over themselves, the floor, and almost the customer. We had to yell at the person so they noticed. Overall not very happy with the experience.

I’ve dined at Cheesecake Factory numerous times. There are no reservations available, for it is walk in only. Huge restaurant with multiple chains around. There is a full bar present located within, different at each location. Despite the number of people, it doesn’t feel like you’re sitting in a room with strangers. You have your privacy due to the spacing. Servers first come to ask for your drinks and bring a batch of complimentary white and brown bread. I always ask for brown only because I prefer it than the white, trust me. The brown bread slightly has a sweet taste to it. You can ask for refills. FOOD: Menu is broad and fantastic. There is something for everyone. On a diet? Try the skinnylicious menu. Small plates? Appetizer? Pasta? Burgers? Steak? Vegetarian? Literally great menu and variety. Skinnylicious Salmon Rolls(4⁄5): Is this really part of the Skinnylicious menu? The 4 rolls were oily but tasted delicious. Fried Macaroni and Cheese(4⁄5): My family goes nuts about this. I’m not a big fan as they are, but we order this every time. There are 4 pieces filled with a bunch of macaroni in cheese balls. Marinara sauce is included. Think of mac + cheese sticks if you need an idea of what it would taste like. Southwest Chicken Sandwich(3⁄5): I wasn’t a big fan of this. Flavors were there but I wouldn’t order this again. This reminded me of the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta due to the flavor. Bread was just a little too hard for me. Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp(4⁄5): This was the first plate I ever tried at a Cheesecake Factory. Definitely a recommendation if you’re not sure what to eat. I even tried to make a replica of it at home, Google does wonders. This is a Thai-based entrée which is not spicy at all. Great flavor though especially with the peanut sauce! Chicken Piccata(4⁄5): I love pasta with lemon, and I always seem to order this lunch portioned dish. The reason why I knock off a star is the oil. Too much oil. Pasta may seem bland, but I think the amount of flavor is ideal. Everything balances out when you eat it all together. Also, it is light on the stomach for the most part. Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta(5⁄5): Literally, best thing ever. My family always orders this when I’m here. If you have not tried it, order it. I would recommend the dinner portion for your lunch the next day. It isn’t spicy what so ever, and the flavor is damn good. This is a penne pasta with chicken breast strips with cream based sauce. A star is deducted due to the service. Service is always unpredictable here depending on when you come and if the server is new. My biggest thing is when my water is already rock bottom, and I have to remind the waiter two times before it is refilled. Fill my drinks and you’ll make me(and everyone) happy. Overall, great restaurant to dine at whether it be business, family, or friends. Although it may get a little loud, amount of food and price together are reasonable.

Late lunch on the Patio-I’ve been going to the CF for many years & the food is always great – the wait staff is always professional sometimes I would get the feeling that they were in a big rush-everything was always ok with that –until today when Abraham N was our server-He was so very professional & very personable!!! A nice smile, great attitude. Thank you Abraham !!!

My favorite thing to order here is the Steak Diane. I especially like the mashed potatoes that go with this meal. The bread is very good as well.

Went here on a saturday night and got the edamame and avocado egg rolls the edamame was burnt, how do you screw up edamame??? the eggrolls were great as always i got the cashew chicken and it was way to soy saucy lol and salty i was really disappointed. a friend got the veggie burger and enjoyed it then for dessert i though i’d be different and try the rasberry/lemon cheescake it was way to sweet fresh but too sweet all in all a bad experience. Our waiter was really nice but it was crowded so it took some time to bring the check ect.

Great service, great taste, amazing portions. My daughter ordered a pasta and she didn’t even finish half of it. Although, the place is way to dark my wife almost tripped. The cheesecake was huge and delicious. We are definitely coming back

Brought my grandkids to have some lunch. I enjoyed the lettuce wraps as always and they enjoyed a pepperoni pizza. I understand it’s the month of December however $ 15 for valet parking in order to be able to go and spend my money inside this restaurant is not acceptable, in fact I am pretty disappointed about this issue. That would definitely stop me from coming here again

Service was good, but the food was terrible. Both of our chicken dishes tasted fishy. My chicken and biscuits plate was a mess, with grease instead of gravy and burnt, dry biscuits. I usually love that dish. It was clear both dishes sat under a heat lamp, the plates were hot but the food was luke warm with a thick film on the sauces. Terrible quality on the food, bad taste, and disgusting appearance(greasy with a thick film). Never going back to this location.

Dinner out on a school night! I only come here during the week days, excluding Fridays as it gets really crowded and waits can last up to an hour. I have dinner with a former co-worker a few times a year and this is her favorite place. Vast menu options, really great waitress(forgot her name, but she was super sweet) and really good food for a casual dining spot. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi with angel hair pasta and cheesecake to go. Our meal was served hot and tasted really good.

I’ve visited this location many times. Today service was awful. I waited 20 minutes before anyone realized I wasn’t part of the décor and I actually wanted a meal. No fuss, because I was waiting on my husband to join me. We ordered drinks… mine came out on time and his took another 30 minutes to arrive. We stayed seated for an hour and 15 minutes and probably spent 25 minutes actually eating. Great food… poor service.

Always packed so prepare yourself! They offer valet for a fee and depending on when you go its probably your best bet cause the malls parking lot is over crowded always. I’ve had some good food and bad food from here but what keeps me coming back is the cheesecake! Love their cheesecake. I like the red velvet but the Oreo is by far my favorite.

I need to start off by saying that CF has always been my solid go-to restaurant. Hungry but not sure what I want? CF’s huge menu would satisfy any craving from super sweet to savory. In general, all their franchises serve pretty good food — not great but pretty consistent. Here was the problem with tonight’s visit. Went with a friend, had grilled artichokes, avocado salad, miso salmon, decaf coffee and 30th anniversary chocolate cheesecake. All the food was OK. We were not offered bread but then again, I could have just asked for it. Then came the bill… I couldn’t help but notice a glaring tipping guide highlighted in bright orange. For me, this was very odd. Out of everything, my server felt the need to highlight the tipping guide. I don’t know why she felt the need to do this so I kindly asked for a manager. I asked the manager if it was customary for waiters to highlight the bills. She said yes. I asked which particular parts are typically highlighted. She said the tipping guide! Then she went on to explain to me that since Obama got rid of the mandatory service charges of parties over 6, they started to highlight the tipping guide. I didn’t quite understand the reasoning or explanation but verified that all the servers typically highlight it for everyone regardless of party size. There is no way to see if she’s telling the truth but I’d like to know if other Unilocalers have seen this before. Perhaps I’m just making a big deal over nothing? Here’s what really gets me. My server highlighted the tipping guide on all 3 copies of my bill. It didn’t sit well with me and left a very bad taste in my mouth. There are not many times where I feel openly discriminated, but in this case, I felt like I was given a tipping lesson and for what reason? I thanked the manager for verifying that this is the restaurant’s normal practice. The waiter came back and very abruptly said«I’m sorry if I offended you». I said«no, you shouldn’t be sorry. Your manager just confirmed that your restaurant does this with all the tables. I just don’t really understand why». She said that it saves the customer time from having to pull out their phone and calculate the tip. I told her even if she didn’t highlight it, it is very obvious on the bill. All in all, if everyone is treated like this, I think CF should rethink their policies. It’s just not professional and really lacks class. I know it’s not a 5 star restaurant but does it need to be this way?

My parents’ were in town and they had gift cards for this place so I decided to check it out since I love cheesecake. It wasn’t too busy on a weekend evening. I ordered a bacon bacon cheeseburger which I had cooked to medium and it was good. I wish I ordered something smaller though to save room for more cheesecake. I ordered a slice of Godiva cheesecake and it was so creamy and good. Our waiter, forgot his name, was friendly and always checked on us.

Went here for dinner with my mom, since we had a gift card. To be honest, the only thing I really like about CF is the cheesecake, but their massive entrée menu always gives me reason to believe that I’ll find a diamond in the rough. This time, I put my bet on the fish tacos, which I ordered fried. I envisioned a light, crunchy, and flavorful snack, but I should have known better. My enormous platter came loaded with four fish tacos, each tucked to the brim with a large and greasy battered fish nugget on a bed of mayo-saturated veggies. The taco shells consisted of two soft corn shells each, which I understand for the purpose structural integrity. However, all of this amounted to an overwhelming amount of subpar food for me. The tacos really could have used some crunchier veggies and maybe a tangy dipping sauce like salsa to brighten them up. Also, there was guac in the tacos, but so little that they might as well have left it out. The dish came with unexciting sides of black beans and dry, hard herbed rice. My mom ordered the Chicken Madeira, which really fared no better. We could only each finish half of our meal, and even at that point were close to exploding. The cheesecake was the saving grace of the meal, as expected. I got an Oreo extreme dream cheesecake, and yes, it was as dense and über rich as it sounds, but it was well worth it. Awesome choice if you love chocolate! And I’m not afraid to admit that my favorite part is always the whipped cream. The service was aight. The waiters were busy as usual, but tended to us in good time and were polite. If you’re looking to have dinner here, I suggest the glam burgers or something off the skinnylicious menu, as otherwise the food is not really worth the calories. Otherwise, just forgo the entrée and cut straight to the real reason this place exists: the glorious cheesecake. Tl;dr: Portions are huge, food is greasy, but cheesecake is solid.

Lunchtime, happy hour or for dinner, this place is a winner. I visited for lunch at about 12:15 and was delightful surprised that we were immediately seated. The restaurant was quite busy but the atmosphere was rather relaxed. Our waiter-in-training was very cordial and provided good service. He kept our drinks refilled without us asking which is always a plus for me. The bathroom was immaculate! Although I didn’t see an attendant, it was clear that management has assigned someone to maintain them. The menu is big and portions are hearty! My eyes popped when my food arrived. I opted for chicken sliders with a side of sweet potato fries. It was $ 9.95 plus $ 1.00 for the fries which in itself is a good deal. But those same sliders are only $ 5 at the bar during happy hour. My meal was topped off with a slice of Dulce de ale he cheesecake. Can you say divine?

My go to item is their cashew chicken salad. I don’t know if they modify or change their recipe but today it look and taste totally different. The lettuce was shredded into such small pieces that it losts it crunch. Service was good and appetizer bread they give is always good(especially the chocolate? color one). It was 30 min wait for our table and another 35 minutes for our food(we arived at 7pm). Usually food come out fast but not with this visit. Its a hit or miss. Parking sucks. Be prepare to park far or drive around few minutes. They do have valet.

I despise dishonest people with a passion. And sorry Cheesecake Factory, but ya’ll be hiring some dishonest people. It pains me to write this review because this was my first visit in a very long time. Maybe it’s because I’m not a big fan of 2000 calorie dishes. But anyway back to why I am writing this review. I knew that one of these days, saving my receipts would pay off and today it has. After checking my CC statement, I realized that my server went ahead and inserted a larger tip than what I initially left him. Don’t get me wrong, the service was great in the beginning but really lacked at the end of the meal. Maybe it’s cause we didn’t order dessert and ordered water? Again, think about the calories sheesh!!! Nonetheless, I left him a 20% tip. Reasonable right? Well apparently that amount was not good enough for him, so he took the liberty of adding a couple of more dollars. Yes it’s only a few more dollars but wtf this is so wrong of you! If I wanted to tip you 25−30% I would! I don’t recall this ever happening to me, not even when I am piss drunk at a bar. Can you believe that? When it comes down to it at the end of the day, it’s not about the money, IT’S ABOUTTHEPRINCIPLE.

My wife and I celebrated our 13th Anniversary at Cheesecake Factory. We simply couldn’t have had a more enjoyable evening. We were seated promptly and our server, Peter greeted us warmly. He took our drink order and reviewed some recommendations for dinner. We split the vegetable salad with a pomegranate vinaigrette. The salad was so large, we thought they had brought us two salads. Our meals were perfectly timed and served after we finished our salads. For dinner, my wife ordered a CF Combo of Steak Dianne and Shrimp Scampi I ordered Hibachi Steak with wasabi mashed potatoes & asparagus tempura. The meals were simply perfect. Steaks cooked to perfection-nice sized garlic shrimp. Not too heavy and subtle garlic. Here’s where the service became exceptional. The server delivered the wrong combo to our table. When we pointed it out, apologies flowed and they immediately started to prepare a new meal for my wife. Then, they offered to take my plate to keep it warm and serve with my wife’s dinner. They ended up remaking both of our dinners and again served them piping hot and perfectly prepared. While we waited(briefly) for our remade dinner, the server Peter, his assistant Yousef and the manager all came by to apologize again. Dessert was complimentary. We chose the turtle caramel cheesecake. Decadent. The evening was perfect. We simply couldn’t have asked for more. Kudos to The Memorial Cheesecake Factory. 5 Stars.

First time at this location was a memorable one: I had the cheesecake for the first time … I’m crazy. Lemon Garlic Shrimp from the Skinny Menu(4⁄5) Very good, but of course, since it was off the skinny menu, it was small. Four stars bc my friend ordered the same thing from the skinny menu and almost got triple the amount of food that I got. Not a fan of inconsistency. Tiramisu Cheesecake(10⁄5) !!! OHMYGAWD!!! Desserts from God himself … Wowowowow I’d give this place 5 star rating if I was judging based on cheesecake, but the service was a little poor.
