Chase was very helpful. We were greeted by Chase who was assisting another couple but said he would be with us shortly. He did an amazing job juggling all of the clients walking through the door. He wrapped up a sale and immediately assisted us. He was extremely knowledgable about mattresses. He knew of many sleeping scenarios and the best mattress for the ailment.
For us he asked us how we slept. We both kinda sleep on all sides but my boyfriend has lower back problems so he showed Lindsay a couple mattresses to choose from for his lower back.
He closed us on a king!

I shopped for a bed at this location and worked with Chase. He was friendly, and very patient with me, which I appreciated because a bed is a big purchase and I didn’t want to feel rushed or pressured in making such a big purchase. At the end of the day I felt confident in my choice :) Great customer service! I am very pleased with my experience overall and would recommend this store :)

Excellent store, have always been impressed with Mattress Firms in general, but this location excels in custom service! It is one thing to sell a mattress, it is a completely different experience to feel like your talking to a friend (who happens to be a sleep expert) to actually find the right mattress the first time. Never thought I’d laugh and enjoy the experience of mattress shopping. Thank you Chase for making my experience enjoyable, you have one loyal mattress firm customer for life.

This location was extremely helpful and friendly. I never leave reviews, but was impressed by the manager Chase that was helping me. There are a couple things in life that are used everyday and very important, a bed is one of those. I’ve had back problems for years, and he was very knowledgeable and suggested the perfect mattress solution.
