Very helpful and nice service from David today. Showed us what we wanted and did not try to push us into other, more expensive alternatives. Knew the products very, very well. We will go back.

Great service from purchase to delivery.
Went there despite the outside construction on the building. Was really glad we did, as we had the store to ourselves, and we were able to sample every mattress we cared to without any stress to make a purchase. Jonathan made the whole purchase rather seamless, and was very informative about what you’d want in the mattress and why. He even stayed a little late for us, despite not being able to complete the sale during that time. I definitely would refer him to anyone I knew.
Only thing I’d warn potential buyers of pillows is Mattress Firm’s no return/​exchange policy. You better be 100% that what you tried out is what you took home with you. The pillows I picked out don’t at all feel close to what we tried in store, but next time I’ll give that detail a little more thought. Informing the store, they were willing to work with me on another set of pillows, but the 1st set is mine.
