In store customer care was fine. Service Line was the worst I ever experienced in my life. It’s been a week since I ordered, I have been trying to cancel ever since. They have $ 1300 of mine and I have been trying to get a hold of SOMEONE to cancel. I can not get through to anyone. This is absolutely rediculous. I want my money back. And they won’t pick up the phone to cancel it out. Worst service EVER. Do not order from them. Each time I been on hold its been for 40 minutes or longer… USUALLYLONGER.

Moving across the country is a lot to deal with, as is getting settled in to a new place. Sold the bed back east and now it was shopping time. Everyone I spoke with at different stores all gave the same speech and you looked at different mattresses, lay in them for a few second while the sales person chatted w you and rushed you onto the next. Sleep number was totally different. And I had the pleasure of working with Gina at this location. She is very knowledgeable and took the time with us to understand what it was we were looking for. It was a process but as it was said you spend 1⁄3 of your life sleeping so comfort is so important! And each person is different!!. After having time alone on the beds to lay and listen to our bodies we chose a bed. But the care didn’t stop there. Financing and so forth was great again working with Gina who did all the hard work and continued communication post the sale is truly unique whine you buy a bed. If you are in the market for a new bed stop in here ask for Gina and tell her Gwen sent you! I promise you won’t be disappointed. Also you are in for lots of rewards as you mature w sleep number. Thank you Gina for everything you have done and I know will do for us in the future. !!! Ps remember your body takes time to adjust to a new bed so use the system they have to try out the bed etc in your home.

The guys were friendly enough, but I ended up going another direction. I just don’t see any value in these beds. Just an over priced air mattress, my aunt loves it but I think it’s just because she didn’t try anything else.

This review is for the experience at the Sleep Number store and not the bed… although I was talked into buying a $ 7,000 bed. Our salesman was Keith, and he was by far one of the most knowledgeable sales reps that I’ve met. He definitely knew his products and walked me through the long process of mattress buying. I went on a Monday just to look at the mattresses without any interest in purchasing one, and came back Wednesday to actually get it. Keith did call me on Wednesday to follow up, which is what sales people are supposed to do. He wasn’t annoying about it, or pushy, but there were some times where he seemed very sales man like… go figure right? You get a Unilocal discount, so make sure you check in when you get there! All in all, a great experience. I’ll update my review to include the bed once I get it and sleep on it for a while.

Horrible customer service. Larry, a true salesman, lied multiple times when asking questions and ordering components for our bed. When asked if they had adjustable legs, he said yes and we told him that we wanted to order them. When they came, they were not adjustable and upon our first return to the store, were told that there are no adjustable legs for that bed and we should get risers at lowes or Home Depot. We’ve had at least two other issues(not with the bed itself) and he was less than helpful or sympathetic when trying to fix the issues and just continued to attempt to sell sleep number products. Don’t let Larry sell you anything and deal with a different sales rep. Also, if you buy a pillow in the store, get one that is in-stock and don’t order one and have it shipped. Apparently, you can only exchange once and the pillow that the sales rep ordered for us in store was definitely not the same pillow that we tried out. Had to return and was told we can only exchange once although the incorrect pillow was ordered in the first place. For as much money as we spent on a bed(which is essentially an air mattress) I would expect better customer service.

In the course of mattress shopping for our adult daughter, we stopped at Sleep Number on Kirby in Rice Village. Glad we did! We were finding mattress shopping to be a huge headache until we discovered Keith at Sleep Number and the Sleep Number Mattresses. Keith is knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to receiving the mattresses ordered!

I just went to the Sleep Number store today for the first time. Craig was our sales person and I felt compelled to come home and write a great review about him and our experience. Craig was extremely informative and patient with us and knew everything there was to know about the products he was selling. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used and he was very open about many different options that we could select from. We left the store with satisfied and are eagerly awaiting our new Sleep Number adjustable bed in the next couple of weeks!
