If you go to this store you must ask for Danielle Rothfeld. She knows her mattresses and her customer service is above and beyond most. This store is clean and the delivery personnel were even 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled time frame. But back to Danielle, she greeted us with a smile, encouraged us to lay on multiple beds and then we told her the mattress we needed was for a Murphy bed and could not be thicker than 12 inches and we were on a budget but wanted something that was good quality. At that point she then directed us to 5 different mattresses and educated us on the differences. She was great. No pressure sale, she knew when to talk when to ask questions and when to just chill. I’ll be back to buy the next mattress from her someday. Hopefully she’ll still be there when I’m ready.
