They have false advertising and the WORST customer service.
After seeing an ad for Black Friday regarding a certain type of mattress WITH the adjustable base for ANY SIZE for $ 999, we decided to check it out. Our salesman set up the paperwork and we had set a date. The date came and we waited from 8 AM to 8 PM (this is their delivery window) and still have not received the mattress. I called and the salesman told us that his manager increased the price because the ad was a MISPRINT!!! Really??? FALSE ADVERTISING. We called the managers several times and they would never be available and would never call us. Finally when we did get a manager, they still wouldn’t budge with the price increase so we cancelled our order. We signed up with financing company called Renovate and this is the main financing institution that Mattress One uses, and they sent us a statement in the mail. We called to tell them that we never bought the mattress, but told us that they had to have the company contact them. So we called Mattress One and told them to cancel. They did not do this in a timely manner. It took us 10 tries before we finally got them to fix the problem. I have never done business with a terrible company as Mattress One. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and quite frankly, they shouldn’t be in business.
DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND THE TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN HERE.
