I saw a groupon for 1000sq ft of deep steam cleaning carpet cleaning so of course i purchased it. it was a great deal and exactly what i needed at the time! I called the listed number and was transferred to someone’s person cell phone i assumed this was a family business so i ignored the screaming kids in the background. Speaking to the lady over the phone she seemed to not be interested in my calling that should have been my tell tell sign but i gave her a chance and made the appt. I scheduled for sat Oct. 4, 2014 at 11 am. Over the phone I expressed to the receptionist we had a family gathering to attend so the 11 was perfect them we could leave and allow the carpet to dry for the allotted 6 hours. Well Oct. 4th rolls around 11 am no specialist arrived so i called the main number several times no answer at 12pm the specialist called asking could he arrive at 3pm when i rejected he said fine ill be there in 1 hour!!! WTFNO you are scheduled to be here at 11am not 1pm he then say their schedules range some my range is 11−2pm NO again i was never given a range if i was i would have scheduled on another day but the 11am appt was perfect being that we would be gone the rest of the day! Of course I could not get a hold of anyone at the company to file a complaint or even get a refund! This is so unprofessional and unexpected being that they received so many great reviews on other site! I would encourage anyone to please be careful with these groupons and do more research than i did!

I have had ducts cleaned before by a different company, so when I saw the Amazon deal I bought it. I ended up kicking this guy out of my house before they even started work. I had only been in my new home a week and this guy was in the attic cutting through duct work with a steak knife and ripping it open to make an observation! The manager gave me an attitude when I questioned and then started an argument with me — at which point I decided he had to leave. When I called their home office the woman gave me an attitude after I expressed my concerns. Don’t hire these guys if you care about professionalism and respect for your home.

I saw a Groupon for vent cleaning, so I thought I would give them a try. I have had my vents cleaned once before by a different company and knew what to expect. I was told that they would call the day before and give me 1-hour window since when I made the appointment, I had been given a 3-hour window. That didn’t happen. I called the day of and they said the best they could do was sometime between 2 – 4 and they would call me an hour before they would be there. At 3:30, I still hadn’t heard from anyone. I called yet again and was told that the person would be there within the hour. Finally, at 4:30, they finally were at my door — 30 minutes AFTER the window they had given me and without ever calling me. I asked why they were so late and why nobody had ever called and all he said was, «Do you not want your vents cleaned?» Before they even started, I was asked when the last time I’ve had my AC serviced. I thought, «Oh, here we go, already trying to up-sell me on something I don’t need before you have even started doing what you came here to do.» I told them it had just been serviced and I didn’t need anything. He then went up to the attic and told me that my AC needed a UV filter. I again told him I was fine and didn’t need anything for my AC and could he please get started on the vents. I am pretty sure one of the guys were in training because he kept dropping things on my wood floors and was constantly being corrected by the other guy. They were ‘busy’ for about 40-minutes, but it has been over a week and I have not seen a reduction in dust at all. It was a complete waste of my time and I will never use or recommend them again.
