Ordered bunch of stuff, management sucks, they dun care if ur old customer or not, and they forgot my drinks fk it, I ain’t coming back to this restaurant, it deserves to be shut down

Be careful when you order, or avoid this location all together. This is the 3rd time they have ‘up sold’ me in a sneaky way without telling. If you order a combo, they will charge you for the larger size, and if you call them out, they will tell you its the ‘regular’ size, or they will pretend not to understand. Very ghetto tactics. Shame on them. Fast food places make a lot on up– sells or getting you to buy the larger size, but they should be honest about if, and if caught, they shouldn’t lie further !!

This McDonald’s was extremely slow! Employees were very rude, talked amongst one another using foul language. Tried to charge me $ 0.38 for one sauce. Visited with other guests about apts in area while I was still standing in line waiting to place my order. Better be glad it was the closest one around or I would have went to another.

The most ghetto lady working the register I’ve ever encountered. I walked up to the register she stares at me with this anger look, barks out ”what do you want” while she has a mouthful of food. Then screams out an order that just came up spitting food out of her mouth. Never once smiled with her green hoodie pulled up over her head. She looked like a homeless person behind the counter. Her hands looked very dirty as well. Way to go McDonald’s!

The overnight crew has not figured out how to charge customers for the correct orders. I guess a 2 lane drive thru messes them up. Ask them what they are charging you for before you hand them money.

They moved the old McDonald’s that’s about two minutes down the street to this new, fancy, new McDonald’s right off of S. Gessner and Harwin.
Not much to say about this particular McD’s. Brand new building; fancy; clean, nice menu display, nice play area for the kids. However, the workers are still rude and incompetent. Yes, I know you’re making minimum wage, and yes, I know it sucks working at McDonald’s. However, it’s not that hard that you have to screw every other time I go there :-/​
It’s convenient for me, so I guess I’ll keep coming here. Unless when I’m closer to Westheimer, then I’ll go to the one right off of Westheimer and Tanglewilde. The workers there are a bit nicer.
