McDonald’s

This Mcdonald need to go this is the worst one they have no customer service at all.

So disappointing to watch the staff argue and operate in such an unprofessional and inefficient manner
I must of been the only Jalapeño burger made for the day because the team member called out to see what goes on the item.
I am hoping he got it wrong:
Mayo, Jalapeño, one old beef patty and the bun.
Whataburger has them beat in every category.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s. The orders are almost never correct. Employee’s are poorly trained and always meandering about. Some are very nice but most are rude and unhelpful. It is often closed in the early morning when there is nothing else opened to get a cup of coffee. This place really needs to be revamped.

Here’s the thing. I can’t bear the irony that the hospital treating my mom for heart disease with some of the best cardiologists in the nation in the best Cardiology center in the biggest medical center IN THE WORLD features a Mc Donald’s in the heart of the building, serving hot and fresh heart-​crippling meals all day and night –the very food that put my mother there. Way to keep themselves in business!
However, the team there works like lightning, so I pop in and, even if there’s a line, get my arteries fattened up and aortic valves nicely thickened in a jiffy.

One of the better Mcdonald’s I have been to. They have a premium location too, with it being in TCH. There is always a line that is seemingly out the door but they work pretty fast here and get orders out really quick.

Ever see people line up outside of a McDonald’s for it’s grand reopening?
Well you haven’t been in/​around the medical center. This McDonald’s is crowded literally every minute of everyday except for the hours of 3 am to — 5 am when they close for cleaning.
However, within the past month, this location has been closed for renovations. People were getting MCdraw. You know it was bad when the whole department cheered when the hospital sent out an email saying that McDonald’s would be reopening this morning at 5 am.
It’s not like this McDonald’s is better than any other location just that when you compare McD’s to bad café food it looks like a 5 star meal.
The renovations are wonderful. Brand new tiled floors, modern table and chairs, a separate McCafe area, LCD TVs, and new updated menu with calories posted.
They did take away the unlimited BBQ and sweet and sour dispensers.

So this one is located in the Texas Children’s Hospital. Now the place isn’t very big but the best thing about this place are the hours. Almost 24 which is pretty sweet. From 5am-​3am. This allows me to combine hot salty fries with fudge sundae for, you guess it, 2 bucks, even when its 1am :)
