Just another average subway restaurant. The facilities are very clean and the standard menu is up on the wall. One thing is that I had to ask for extra spinach like 5 times to be able to get 10 leafs in my sandwich. That’s not good. I said extra and the worker would get two more leafs to put in my food.(Head shaking) anyways, taste is good, just like any other subway.

The employees are always goofing off and never present. Horrible and slow service. They’ll talk for minutes on end before they even address you. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. And extremely slow.

If this is the one next to Chipotle/Salata/Harbucks then the address is wrong … but it appears most of the other reviewers are proceeding anyway, so I suppose I will too. Even worse than the feeling of cheating on Chipotle for a lunch, when it is in plain sight within the same block, is cheating on it with a subpar food experience. While not as disastrous as Salata’s poisoning event that had me running out of a boardroom at St God’s last year, this particular Subway’s produced sandwich was just less pleasant than usual on the intake. The tomatoes bad as ever, but everything else just a bit less nice than usual. The lettuce seemed even worse than the airport style«probably not totally fresh but it’s an airport so what can you do for under $ 20» which was surprising. Unlike the one in West U that holds it down competing against Potbelly for business in the neighborhood, this one can’t seem to get it together to compete against Chipotle burritos nor Harbucks bagel/pastries nor Salata’s poison. This is the least busy place on the strip — for a good reason. While I shudder at the thought, I would always come here if the line is just too long at Chipotle and homey is not in the mood to deal with that. I would be happy if a Potbelly took over this spot in a few years.

Worst service ever. They were almost out of bread and only had wheat option. They ran out of lettuce. It took them 10 minutes to make my sandwich. Which was also poorly made. The bread was hard and cracked. When the lady was ringing up my food. She was cursing under her breath in Spanish and was very rude. I recommend the management to get a better staff.

They don’t keep their ingredients fresh. Last three sandwiches I had here were borderline awful. One time, the cheese was sour. Another time, wilted lettuce. And again, the meat tasted funny this time. Management might also be an issue. I’ve had a good subway — but not here.

This subway is just like any other subway in terms of what they have on the menu. They tend to make the sandwiches pretty quickly, so service is okay. But the location, while convenient, is not the best. I see people going up to other people and ask for money.

This subway is located in TMC. The lines are long right at noon, but it moves pretty fast.

Since it’s not clear which subway this is about(the one in the TCH foodcourt or on Fannin), I’ll comment on both: TCH: Standard subway fare. Nice that they have spinich as an option. Fannin: Standard subway fare. My problem with this one has nothing to do with subway, but the fact that I can’t visit here or Chipotle without being asked for money outside of the stores. :( As we all already know, dining choices are extremely limited around here with parking at a premium and not much within walking distance. Good news is that these two are consistent, and a good option when there aren’t many others close by!

This Subway is part of Texas Children’s and not well managed in my opinion. The food is standard but the quality of it is not up to par with other Subways I’ve been to. Not your best option but it’s better than fried alternatives offered in the medical center.

The address listed for this location is the one on Fannin street across from TCH. This Subway is fine, just a regular subway. When I ate at this Subway today, a guy tried to sell me a Texas Medical Center newspaper that you can get for free on the street. I thought that was kind of weird. The Subway across the street at TCH has the advantage of having spinach as a topping while this Subway only has lettuce. However, this subway accepts Subway coupons while the TCH Subway does not.

Eh… This location is the one located inside of Texas Children’s Food Court. They always run out of bread, soup, and certain meats. I only go here if I’m tired of chick-fil-a. The subway across the street is so much better.
