The food is great but there’s one lady there that makes U feel like U r in a soup kitchen! Come on we r pay in for the food, at least Fake a smile!!!

Worst customer service ever. I get in line and order a 6 inch Black Forest ham and a kids meal. They only made the kids meal. Once I get to the register to pay, the lady at the cash register, who has a very thick Spanish accent, seemed very annoyed when giving me the options of drink and snack I had for the kids meal. When I came back to the counter to ask a question, none of the staff answered me and directed me to the cashier instead. I was very upset with this experience.

Face it, you come to this location if you’re already working, going to school, or are visiting a doctor in the area and you don’t have much choice. I made my death march a few blocks i the heat and was happy to see them, but was not happy that there was no public bathroom. Perhaps that’s because of the skid row of mental patients walking around outside asking for money or yelling at themselves, but customers might want to wash their hands before they eat too.
Food was a little more expensive than other subways too, but hey, they’re the only game in town next to the place next door.

Pros: $ 5 meal deal coupons available online and in local newspaper. I never use them since I order the same thing all the time. I’m pretty satisfied with usual order and I don’t plan on changing it anytime soon.
Cons: The last time I came here, it was a weird experience. It was the Sunday before a holiday and they had only one employee working there. This poor employee had to make the sandwiches and ring up the customers all by herself. It took 20 minutes to get to the middle of the line (the only reason I know this is because a group of angry customers in the middle of the line kept yammering about how long they had been there). That poor employee. If I were her, I would have quit on the spot.

Typical subway. Looses points on two factors:
1) There is bird poop everywhere around here, so you can’t eat outside
2) Beggers enter the location and ask you for food multiple times during a meal.

Very good subway. We’ve eaten here twice. We like the cold cut combo. The honey wheat bread was good. They had already ran out of soup at 1:30.
