Worst McDonald’s ever! I ordered a DOUBLE quarter pounder and they gave me a quarter pounder, I also order 20 piece chicken nuggets and they gave me 19 pieces. They even forgot my large soda and my ice-cream cone I order. The service is trash!

This is McDonalds yeah you’re thinking why write a review. Well probably just like every other mcd’s they people who work there are Rude! There’s this older black lady and she is just so loud and talks to people in a disrespectful tone. Seriously lady, chill out. You applied for a job at mcd’s. Why are you so ugly to customers. No one is making you work here. I understand why some people jump over counters. Them rude ass unhappy people like her provoke you with their tone. get another job lady, cuz you’re not doing to great at this one.

I grew up on Spicy McChickens, and this place absolutely delivers those childhood tastes, looks & smells. I’m not saying that’s a good thing, but at least they’re consistent. McDonald’s has always tasted good to me, even if I feel sick 20 mins after consuming their 0% nutritious, 1000 calorie meals. I enjoy the classic Big Mac, McChicken and McNuggets every time I decide to devastate my digestive system. It’s worth it, to me, that is. For some, it’s not worth the risk of feeling like your insides belong on the outside. If you’re one of those non-risk-takers, don’t come to this location. The staff is terribly managed. The building is dirty and odoriferous. The clientele… well, okay, it’s normal here as any other McD’s. The food can be stale, cold and always bad for you. Lets be honest folks, it’s a McDonald’s, why are you still here reading this?

I normally don’t write reviews on fast food joints in Houston, unless they are extraordinary good and worth mentioning. In recent months, I experienced some major improvements in the customer service, the order accuracy and staff expressed their willingness to help. I’ve seen it built from the ground up. Last June, the drive-thru window opened after hour, which made it a 24-hour restaurant. That was a relief for me to have more choices for midnight snacks. This McDonalds is conveniently located near Southwest Freeway(a.k.a. I-69 and US-59), Beechnut St and Beltway 8. Getting in and out of Beechnut St was a pain in the neck. But thanks to the City of Houston, the left turn lanes on Gessner are coming soon.

Worst McDonalds ever. Cashier left the drive thru stand to converse with her coworkers, and with cars behind me I had to pull forward. Dude had the nerve to ask me to get out of the car so I could pay. Had to wait ridiculously long for large fries. Place is a mess.

My son wanted some chicken nuggets so we stopped by this McDonald’s at 8:30PM last nigh(Friday). The drive-thru line had about six or seven cars so I decided to go in and order to save some time. Guess what, there were still customers inside and the doors were locked. After knocking on the doors, a man from inside told me that the dinning room is closed and ask me to use the drive-thru window. Are you kidding me? Dinning room closed at 8:30PM? Needless to say, we left without even ordering.
