Just called to inquire about pricing and Dr. Segal’s credentials as far as being an expert injector and her secretary or office assistant Melanie was very off-​putting and definitely a door closer for me.
Based on my initial impression, I would pass on Dr. Segal even though she may be great at what she does, I did not have the chance to explore that because the person who answered the phone seemed generally disinterested and interrupted.
After mover to Houston from San Diego, I need to find someone who can replace my old plastic surgeon so I want to interview my Dr. if you will, I have questions and while they may seem stupid or insulting, they are just my way of feeling comfortable having a procedure done with a new doctor.
