Yesterday October 29th2015, I went to the Michael Kors store in the Willowbrook Mall to shop for a purse and I always enjoy going to shop there but something made my day horrible! I wanted to buy a black purse at first but I changed my mind to get the gray one but my helper said it was the last one in the store and asked me «are you positive you want this purse«and I said yes. but when I was paying for it, the asian person that worked at Michael Kors just found out that it was the last one and claimed that she wanted the purse and said she wanted to buy it but I already paid for it. The Asian worker took away my purse and kept it .They didn’t sell me the purse so I asked them for my cash back but they said it was against the rules to give back money in cash so they need to give me a check with the same amount of money in it and said they will mail it to me in 4 – 6 weeks! They should have at least just give me back the money I just gave them because I paid with cash. Since the African American manager(Julian) didn’t allow me to get the purse i wanted, I didn’t want to buy at their store anymore so I think Julian didn’t give me my cash back to make me unhappy. He is a bad manager for doing this to a customer because he had a bad attitude when he was talking to me and because he teased me by not letting me have my cash back and making me wait for my cash. I suggest the boss should switch the manager to a better worker.

The selection of bags was great, considering I didn’t have to run across town to the Galleria. Staff was friendly & helpful. Didn’t find exactly what I wanted today, but that’s probably b/c I was looking for something SUPER specific. Nonetheless, this will definitely a North Side pit stop for nice purses in the future!
