This was the most horrible experience ever! Barbara was the receptionist and was the most condescending person I’ve ever encountered. Now let’s talk about the room, it was nothing like the picture. It was small, it smelked like pee and very dated. The carpet was dirty and old as well. When we called Barbara she told us it was a «febreeze and air freshner pellets in the ac». I asked if we could burn a candle in the room due to the smell and she said no. Also, there were stains on the comforter . We asked to be moved and she said they were«booked». I even told her we’d pay for the upgraded room and she wouldn’t change us out of the room. We then asked for a refund. She had to get approval a s thank goodness she did. We found a better place, with better customer service. Now I can celebrate my birthday comfortably.

This Microtel Inn is very conveniently located to NASA and eating places(The restaurant next door is cafeteria style and food is very good for the price). We stayed 2 nights; the rates were reasonable. The room we stayed in was a suite: couch, sink and counter with a sm dining table, queen bed, desk, free standing closet, refrigerator(no freezer), TV and a bench seat with cushion under the window. A/C worked very well but was noisy. The walls are thin — you can hear the people next door. We were on the second floor and had a neighbor on the third floor who kept walking back and forth. I question whether or not our bed had been stripped because there was a little hair tie laying on the corner of the box spring. I would think it would have been knocked off the corner if the sheet was pulled off the mattress or housekeeping would have seen it when the bed was being remade. On the floor behind the bathroom door was a lint ball and an old sticker. My husband killed one cockroach and a silver fish. The breakfast was ok: powdered eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, instant oatmeal, waffles, bread and muffins, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee and tea. No fresh fruit or meats.

Room 103 has Cockroaches… had to put up 10 traps… they come out from under the bathroom sink. I had to duct tape the wall. When I checked out I was falsely accused of taking a shower curtain that never existed… lol. Beware of the management… they don’t want you to use your Wydham rewards… cheap owner.

The staff and proprietor, Danny, at this Wyndham Microtel were by far the most exceptional. Everyone associated with them showed respect to each other and to their guest. I was there a while and they seemed to go out of their way to assist in helping. Alfred the maintenance was there on site if needed with an extremely pleasant demeanor. Really rare to find this type of service these days. Much appreciated. I recommend it to all!

Stayed for a night. Outside is very clean and looks newly renovated. Lobby and brkfast area is ok. Staff was good. Very welcoming. Got the ground floor rm. It was roomy. bed was comfortable. Clean sheets etc. It was noisy due to thin wall and being on the ground floor. Bathroom needed update. Few roaches. Owner introduced himself in morning and was very nice. I did mentioned to him roach issue, and was told tht he will see to it. Brkfast was decent. Nothing special. Will stay again if I have to. Location was good. NASA right across the street. 24hr CVS across parking lot.

I brought ten Korean exchange students here with their chaperones. It is very conveniently located near a couple of restaurants, a drugstore, and NASA. Standard continental breakfast you ask, why no! They have biscuits and gravy!!! The staff is courteous and professional, especially Lloyd. When you call, ask for Lloyd.

The hotel itself is rather standard. Bed, bathroom. The room was small(but it’s freaking called Microtel, so duh!) but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic and just good enough to get something in your belly before the day starts. But the real reason this review is five stars is the hospitality! The service given by the three men working the front desk during our stay(Sept 12 – 14) was absolutely tremendous. They smiled, had a pleasant demeanor and made really great small talk. I’ve worked front desk for a four star property and no one(myself included) was as engaged or sincere as these gentleman were. We would surely stay again if ever in the area. The only only thing I would change is next time, I’d be sure to request a non-smoking room. I come from a city with a lot of smoking bans, so I didn’t even consider the possibility of being in that type of room. Great job, guys!

I like this hotel. It’s fairly clean, bed is pretty comfortable. The only thing is that they have a very thin wall. I can hear people talking from the other room. I never tried their breakfast but I think there is nothing fancy about it
