Food was meh, service on the other hand was terrible. No hospitality whatsoever, place seems like it hasn’t been renovated in 30 years and smells like it too.

Food wasn’t terrible however service was. If you don’t want to stay open until 10 then close at 9. However if you are open we should receive the same service as any other time.

We decided to stop here for desert because it was down the street from our hotel room. We went about 830 at night and there was a line at the drive thru.
We ordered 2 large frosty’s and 1 medium frosty and waited int he drive thru for 10 minutes.
The frosty’s tastes like normal frosty flavor and taste.
Customer service seemed a little short and lackadaisical.

Slow and not polite at all. Favors African Americans. Car before me and behind me got handled with hospitality. I’m Asian and they gave me no eye contact very disappointing. Not returning to this Wendy’s

This Wendy’s is right across the street from NASA, so the lunch time crowds are pretty epic. That being said, somehow, they always have someone NEW on the register. I don’t know if they have high turnover on their employees or what, but it’s pretty frustrating to have to wait 10 minutes with this huge line behind you when the cashier gets the manager to come over and key in a coupon. wah wah.
the food is standard wendy’s quality, and it usually comes out pretty quick after you get through the epic 1130am-1230pm lines.

To me, their spicy chicken nuggets are spicier than their spicy chicken sandwich. I’m a spicy eater, so I liked it when they made these nuggets.
Always get two orders of them.
The place is kept clean, the food hot, and you’re in and out.
