We were surprised by our beautiful unit at an affordable rate. Such a walkable area. Front office, maintenance, and security were super friendly. No problem with getting packages. Great pool. Not super fancy but certainly a comfortable, clean, and pretty at midrise community. Could not hear the neighbors much, AC and heat worked well, awesome parking! Loved valet trash.

I hate to do it when the security & maintenance staffs are so terrific, but the office-Geez! I went into see if I had a pkg delivered as there was no note in mailbox or on door. They found 2– one was from July; 5 months ago. They blamed UPS. Then, I went in 3 times about a concern. Nothing changed. I went in again(this is over several weeks) and said I wanted to file a formal complaint. The manager didn’t even come out of her office. I guess they have more important things to do than take care of their residents.

This place is SORRY. My sister and I went into the office to add her to my lease on 10/27/2015. First she had to fill out a paper application and give them a live check. Really? This couldn’t have been done online? This is my second Lincoln Property and these guys are WAY behind the curve. Either way, we sit around waiting because as usual most of the leasing management is hiding even though they’re short staffed. My sister had to fill out all sorts of unnecessary paperwork. My fiancée and I qualify for the apartment. EASY. But either way. I ask them if she can have an electronic gate opener. They said not until she is on the lease. That’s fine. I then ask them, after sending my sister away, if I can have the access code to the gate for when my gate opener doesn’t work. I was told I could not. Even though I am a tenant I could not have the code. They didn’t want me to give it to my sister. I said it’s not for her. it’s for me. I have a gate opener and it does not work half the time and if no security is present I have to wait for someone with a working gate opener to arrive before I can get into the property. My sister will wait before getting her gate opener. I was told no again. And I am standing there in the leasing office watching 4 cars access the property via the gate with a code. I was told I couldn’t have it because I may give it to the pizza delivery guy or something else. The fact remains. the people in the leasing office are racist. Any time I go into the office for anything I am asked 50 questions. I cannot pick up packages for my apartment with out 20 questions; What name is it under, where is it from, when did it arrive. Are you kidding me? I cannot wait until this lease is up.
