This place is more than a deli, it has a very friendly and warm staff that make you feel like home. All the food is prepared with love and heart. The customers are being talked to as the staff is preparing your food whether it from a delicious morning breakfast taco to very handmade lunch special. Oh by the way the breakfast taco can be made anyway you want regardless of what the menu says. Very well recommend this place if in the Galleria or working at Williams Tower.

The food here is terrible and way overpriced. They are convenient for the tenants in the tower and nearby offices, but in my opinion, convenience is the only thing keeping them in business. You get no value for the money you spend to eat here. The rent must be pretty high in the Tower, so they take advantage of people and over charge for everything. I was desperate for something for lunch and went down for just a simple sandwich. By simple I mean bread, two thin slices of meat, and one thin slice of cheese. Nothing else… no condiments or veggies added and I didn’t purchase anything other than the sandwich. For this I paid nearly $ 5.00! Robbery… considering the meat and cheese are not really high quality and are very salty. I also wish they would get rid of that nasty looking board that make sandwiches on. They call themselves wiping it between customers, but I looks like it might be harboring all kinds of evil disgustingness. Wonder when is the last time they got a sanitation inspection. Hmmm. I’ll stay away from now on.

These guys are good at what they do. Decent food at a decent price. Good option if you work in the area.

I have been eating here for over a year now… that’s one long meal. Seriously, though, this place IS convenient; but, more importantly, I have never had anything here that I have not enjoyed and the service is ALWAYS friendly and outstanding. They are always creating new things to try. One piece of advice… if they say«Hey…you gotta try this!»…unless you are allergic to something in the offering… say«OK!» and enjoy. Amazing food… Amazing service.

This deli is conveniently located at the floor level in the garages across from Williams Tower. The sandwiches here are pretty standard, Tabouleh is excellent! If I am not in the mood to walk to the Galleria for lunch, I will wander over to enjoy a panini or reuben. Customer service is always great.

The sandwiches here are the best. Fresh bread, great turkey, and fast sandwich artists. I usually get the Turkey Toasted wheat or white, 6in and it is a pretty good size. The staff are really nice and make all my sandwiches just as I ordered.

Felt like an authentic, family run place, not a chain at all. Spicy turkey sandwich was outstanding, as was the small taverna salad. Great deli food, made to order, old school, frankly felt like a neighborhood place in New York. Just traveling through and felt to the service was excellent and the food better than I expected

The staff are always friendly and eager to help. The food comes out hot and tasting fresh without having to hike over to the Galleria. I had the salmon wrap today and wish they offered it daily as it was crafted with such care and tasted great.

I ordered a meatball on white, and the guy behind me ordered a meatball on wheat. HEGOTHISFIRST! Only difference other than the bread, was that the guy behind me was chummy with the sandwich lady. When I confronted her that a line didn’t seem to mean anything, she tried to tell me that the order of the bread in her bags meant he got served first. FYI, this review wouldn’t exist if she would have just apologized. Convenience is the only thing keeping this place in business because it isn’t the food and it certainly isn’t the service.

This is a pretty standard Murphy’s Deli. I am not a big fan of the food, but it is really convenient. The reason I am rating them so high is because the staff in the mornings is fantastic. They are always lively and engaging. It just helps get you moving in the morning to talk to someone who is already at full speed!

I understand that this is one of the only options in the Williams Tower but please do not go here. The walk to the Galleria or driving down the street or just plain starving is a better option. The food is average at best and the service is horrible not to mention it is over priced. I have co-workers that frequent this establishment daily and subsequently they recieve a better level of service for being«regulars». If however you are not a familiar face good luck! This is one place where the customer is never right unless they spend money there on a very regular basis and trying to correct an order is futile. No Cookie For You!

Working in the William’s Tower, sometimes you just need to find something quick to eat and when your not in the mood to walk to the Galleria food court, Murphy’s is your lunch savior. Murphy’s is located at the ground level of the Tower below the sky bridge connected the garage and Tower. It’s been here since i started at the Tower three years ago and since the beginning of the year, i’ts been my favorite place to go to when in need for a quick, cheap, somewhat healthy deli sandwich. It’s really just a hidden gem specifically for the William’s Tower residents. This place is just much tastier than going to Subway in the Galleria food court. The quality is better. The manager is super cool and is always there and greets you by name if you’re a regular. I’m not a «regular» yet, but i’m sure will be in a couple of months. The rest of the Murphy’s crew is very nice and always happy to help craft your own special sandwich. They have also introduced the $ 5 foot long ala Subway which is my favorite. I gotta take advantage while it lasts. I wonder if people from the Galleria food court going to Subway would make the trip to Murphy?
