This place is fine as far as the actual dry cleaning goes but it’s just ridiculously expensive. To get a pair of pants dry cleaned here it costs almost $ 7! A $ 30 dress cost $ 15 to clean! I originally went here because their cleaning is apparently«green» and yes, our clothes ended up smelling much less than my normal dry cleaners; however, that fact doesn’t justify the ridiculously high cost. I can understand if, because of their use of different, green chemicals, their prices would be somewhat inflated. However, I didn’t realize how expensive it was going to be until after I picked my clothes up because I actually believed their website when they said that their prices are comparable to other local dry cleaners. But because their prices are about three times the cost of my normal dry cleaners on a per-garment basis, I certainly won’t be using them again.

Worst ever. Broken buttons they said they would replace, seemed like an excuse because I never got my shirt back. Ruined lining of my favorite pants. No refunds or offer to replace.

Still dealing with the mess they made on my leather jacket. brought it to a leather cleaner in NY and they asked«who in the hell tortured this one?» I told them about the MW Cleaners experience, and the guys said«they should be sued». cannot agree more. the fact that they messed it up so badly, and the fact that they did not refund the overcharged fee, the fact that the manager has angr management issues… ugh what a nightmare of an experience.

CAUTION… False charges to hike up your bill. I gave them one jacket and an infants dress for dry cleaning, and the bill was $ 46. I asked them for the break down and they could not give me clear pricing. The lady kept telling me the price increases if clothing has beads or mixed fabrics. They made up charges and finally decreased it to a total of $ 28. I asked for the breakdown again and I was told the mens jacket was $ 14 and infants dress was $ 13(how does that total to $ 28???) since it had silk. It did not have any silk. Anyways they have no clue why those charges were there. Never going there again!

So I’ve been using this place for a couple of months and now I don’t think I’m ever coming back… what a poor attitude they have here towards customer service. They finally gave us a black bag to drop our clothes off in and when we dropped it off and asked for a count of our clothing, the attendant said they normally don’t count items in the bag on the spot… which is fine. But then the next day we went to pick up the clothes and got home only to find out one was missing. So I naturally call customer service to try and figure out where the item went, and after three days finally call the store only to find out my shirt is just hanging out there. I mean, thanks for the call to let me know you found it and its at the store? Not only did they not call, but they give me my shirt four days late, still charge me for the shirt, and the store manager tells me that they will never call you to let you know that your missing item is still at the store unless its been there for two months or so. What kind of crappy policy is that? I recommend you avoid this place for somewhere else with better customer service.

Wonderful place. I picked it cuz it was so close to my house. The service was quick and affordable. The manager was behind the counter both times I went, and she knew me by name when I went in the second time. I always like that, nice touch. I’ll be back.
