I haven’t done electrolysis in the past, so I don’t have a great comparison point. However, I really like my specialist, Bobby. I think we burn through a little time chatting, but I blame myself for that mostly. I love the location and the parking. It always seems clean, which is also important. My big gripe is that you have to book pretty far in advance, but I guess that just means they’re popular, which is also good. I love seeing a local business succeeding. They don’t have a great system for scheduling if you can’t do it when you’re there. I made one last-​minute appointment, but it wasn’t passed on to the tech, so I didn’t have an appointment after all. That was frustrating, but my advance appointments have always been honored, and honored on time to the minute. :)

I figured I’d write a Unilocal review, since that’s how I found this place. Thanks to the previous reviewer for putting it out here.
I’ve been going to Jennifer for about 3 months now. Her place is clean, easy to get to, and there’s plenty of parking. I love the location. She’s good with time, and prices are fair. I’d say better than other places. It’s easy to make an appointment by calling, text or email. I like texting because, with her in with clients, and me in meetings, it can be hard chasing a time down playing phone tag.
She uses a numbing cream on the upper lip which makes a huge difference. I went to another place before where you could pay extra for it, or bring your own, so I like that she includes that.
I’m seeing permanent results after years of tweezing some stubborns that seemed to have multiplied in the past few years. There’s a little redness when I leave, but it heals up within a day.
I’m just so happy with the results!

I’ve been going to Jennifer’s for over a year to treat horrible coarse hair on my face, which is so embarrasing :(. It’s hard to find someone quick, and at the same time feel comfortable with, she is by far the best. It does hurt but it is completely worth it plus she always numbs the sensitive areas and puts a refreshing lotion at the end of each session, so the time and money are fully compensated when you get out of there hair-​free. I couldn’t be happier with my results, it does take time and patience but the satisfaction of being hair free is totally amazing. Thanks Jennifer :)
