Unsanitary. Crappy job. Never again. My gut told me to leave after waiting a long time, and I should have listened to it. I guess you get what you pay for. Stay away.

If there was a star lower than this I would select it. I came in for a quick polish change. I do this every week because I wear white on my toes and like it not to be faded or dingy. After doing my toes, which she used old polish that kept sticking, she just applied the top coat without cleaning up around the parts where she messed up. I asked her can she clean up my toes and she told me if I take a bath, the polish should come off my skin. She starred at me and when she saw I wasn’t moving until she properly finished my service, she huffed and did it quickly but continued to say I should always wash my feet after. I have NEVER felt so disrespected over something I’m paying for. This is my third time going and will be my last. It’s a shame because the shop is located walking distance from my apartment. DONTGOHERE. Waste of time and money for a crappy, unpleasant experience.

Didn’t get what I wanted the people were very rude! They weren’t rude until I told them this isn’t what I want. Not being happy with the service(their rudeness) I told them I’m not paying yall can take the Polish back then the lady started yelling at me like really really yelling finally this customer was like I’ll pay for her nails By that time I was already crying… what a great way to spend my wedding day…

I have had a fantastic pedicure and my acrylic nails done. Staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back.

This place is dirty and they rush to finish your nails/pedicure to get onto the next person. I got a shellac manicure and less than a week later it started chipping and getting cracks. I’ve been getting shellac for years and it has never done that before so it had to be either their product or technique. I paid $ 75 for the shellac and pedicure and it was just a major waste of money so disappointed. It was especially expensive considering how outdated and dirty the salon is.

They are very through here as far as the pedi goes. Their Massage includes lotion and hot rocks. Most places only Massage with lotion unless you ask for hot rocks which will be extra. My only complaint will be they don’t have a big selection of shellac colors as well as finding a match for my pedi. It was difficult choosing a color so I had to settle for red to have matching mani and pedi.

Quite possibly the worst manicure I’ve had in Houston. It took forever — my nail polish chipped the next day.
