I regret coming here, I was desperate to get my nails done and stopped by. First let me start by saying the pedicure chair did not look clean when I sat down, my tech lady had her stuff all around the chair, but I figured she just got done cleaning(who knows) 2nd I realized she did not take her tools out of the DISINFECT bags, instead she had a basket with other tools in them. That is so unsanitary, I got the«super deluxe» I would like to say it super sucked, my tech lady was so old she did not do a great job at anything, her massage was weak and I think she has short term memories because I told her how to do her job. She kept nipping me and pulling my skin when she was cutting my cuticles, I had to watch her every move because I did not understand why she kept tugging at my cuticles. Then when it came to the polishing, she did not put BASECOAT on first, she went straight to polishing. I told her did you put base coat yet. Her reply was«OH», you do not understand I wanted to smack that idiot tech. The way she polish she was so irritating, it was like as if she never held a brush before, not to mention the same day my polish came off the same day on one of my toes. I was hesitating on getting my GELMANICURE because I am very picky on the tech. but my friend said just do it, holly crap I regret getting it done so bad. When she massaged my arms, it was only my hands that she massaged and she just smoothed it with lotion… it was such a joke. She did a very bad job on my manicure she kept trying to get me to get the same color as my toes, no I want white. I understand white is hard to polish with shellac but you are the tech get over it. I had bumps when she was done. My nails looked better coming in then coming out. I was so mad leaving this dump place of a nail salon. I should have said something right then and there but did not want to make a big scene. My polish was over lapping my cuticles, I wanted to jump over the table and choke that tech. She was so careless, so after the salon I went shopping and I noticed my toes were bleeding! They were so red and I did not realize it when I was at the salon so I figured that’s why my toes were aching so bad. I paid $ 60.00 for a piece of shit job plus tip that she clearly did not deserve. I am still mad till this day and I got my nails done last week.

WORSTNAILSALONEVER!!! I just got an acrylic fill for $ 23, just for them to start lifting before a week… A WEEK! During the time there the tech burned my fingers with the drill and when she broke one of my nails. that wasn’t broken before I got there, she still charged me! I am never going there again!

This nail salon is a little hole in the wall between my friends house and mine so I was hoping for the best. The bad: $ 20 for pedicure but $ 40 for shellac! ZERO foot Massage! They add $ 20 for shellac! Ladies ignore you and dont speak one work of English. I had to ask 3 times if she could turn on the water for my pedicure. NOFOOT Massage. Watered down polish– poor selection. Attitude from everyone except Tiffany– they made me feel like it was a burden to service us. The Good: Tiffany did a beautiful job on my full set. I didnt to the shellac so the $ 27 price tag wasn’t bad and she speaks good English. The lady who did my toes I had to direct her every step of the way because she kept shaping differently than I asked for and it was ok for $ 20 git my heels good but no massage at all. $ 47+tip was ok for the service. If you must go here, get Tiffany. Everybody else literally sucks!

After seeing how my nails were three days later, the paint chipping and everything else I didn’t like, I decided to go to another nail shop called Tipsy that is my usual. I won’t be back here, at least for nails waste of $ 30.

I’ve been here twice in hopes of the place redeeming itself. The pedicure I got done was mediocre he only gave me a massage of less than 30 seconds. However the nail art he did on my toes was not too bad. I got an acrylic full set done twice and each time the nails lifted and came off before two weeks. while the nail technician was using the drill he burned my fingers at least three times. I will never be coming back here again.

The guy is a good a masseur for pedicures, he has a strong hand, but it’s true he’s no good at painting nails. I had to redo them myself at home. I’ve been twice to this place and I can see why the first two reviews were so positive. Compared to the cold, assembly/sweatshop feeling of some nail salons in higher income areas, this is a simple neighborhood place where they know their clients by name. They’ll all be watching the film and commenting, and I have to say it was a welcomed change – 5 stars on that. The people working here also seem happier and more relaxed. The quality of the work was inferior though. Their selection of nail polish is small and old(the manicurist thinned it out in front of me). I was also surprised with the price for Solar nails when I could see they were not experienced with them(the nail person was surprised when I asked for solar and told me ‘it had been a long time’ since anyone had asked for them). And their selection on powders for nail tips was minimal. When she was done I asked her to file them oval, and she left them triangular… great for Halloween. And they were too thick and not well finished under the tip. I fixed them myself as best I could, but hey… I won’t go a third time.

This is my favorite nail place in Houston. It’s a tiny whole in the wall place in an always busy shopping center, but they always do a great job!

Great place for a manicure, and very reasonably priced. My manicurist took her time and made sure they looked literally perfect. She would constantly shape and clip back my nails and cuticles as she went to make them all even and pretty. She also took her time putting the polish on to make sure she covered the whole nail as opposed to just rushing through to get it done. Incredibly good job.
