DONOTCOMEHERE! I’d give zero stars if possible. I had an appointment for 1 pm and waited over 30 minutes for someone to get me. There was just two workers here. One already attending walk-in haircuts and the other doing nails. The one doing nails came to me 15 minutes I was there and asked me to go pick out a color; disorganized and confused. She was still the one that would be doing my hair. I had bought a Groupon for hair cut, blow dry and style. I understand there will be extra for longer hair but was not expecting $ 20! That’s like paying double for the price I paid. This after the stylist pulled my hair band off directly from my hair without permission so she could see my hair length, really!!! I was so stunned! This raised many red flags. Even if the haircut was free, I would not have her cut my hair. I walked out immediately! Unbelievably bad customer service!

This place SUCKS!!! I got there at 510 pm. Left at 10pm. I wanted ombré hair. It looked like i had a chocolate bowl and then straight bleach. They tried to fix it and it didn’t work and then tried to still charge me the full amount of 170. My hair was to the middle of my back and they cut ot right to my shouldera which is how i wanted but the whole point was to make ot healthy. They messed up my hair soo bad and still charged me 110. Because they saod they had to charge me for the time and bleach. i did get my nails done as well which is included in that price and it Sucks! Never ever will i recommend this place!

Horrible experience!!! Bought a mani-pedi Groupon… only to be told…“we are not really a nail salon. We are not a hair place. The idea of doing the Groupon was only to get people to come here”! No scraper used for heals… had to ask for it. Told them I was paraffin wax treatment and agreed to pay extra for it. They forget the wax and start painting my nails! No massage what so ever! I could do a better job cutting my cuticles. They cut my skin. When I say it hurts… am told where? U r not bleeding! Pathetic place. TOTALWASTEOFTIMEANDMONEY!

I bought a groupon and I called a few times to book an appointment but no one answered. I decided to just come during my lunch break bc I work very close and when I got to the store they were open but the door was locked. I waited for a short time and someone came to the door. There was some confusion on booking an appointment or not. Originally they were going to turn me away but then accepted me. The service was good but I think the whole logistics of trying to get an appointment was a bit frustrating. There are only two women working as well so it is a bit slow. Good place if you live around this area but I probably won’t come back bc I need a bit more structure if it will be fit into my lunch schedule.

Bought a Groupon. Decided to try them out. Will be back! Andrea did a wonderful job on the mani-pedi including French with shellac. Very patient and very clean job. Love it!

Just tried to book an appointment and the lady spoke zero English could not understand me at all. She booked my appointment and then said it was not available. She then said it was available and then another lady got on the line and said it was not available. Really need to get your act together!

I bought a groupon for my mom as a gift, hoping she could treat herself to a nice haircut… Oh man do I regret choosing this place. The only thing it has going for it is how conveniently located it is to my mom’s place. Her experience was just unacceptable. She walked in to get her haircut and the first thing they do is redeem her groupon before she is even sat down to discuss what she would like done! When she tried to explain her desired haircut the lady acted confused, so she asked if she could show her from one of the books they have showing the haircuts… They told her if she wanted something from the book that it would be extra! This is no way to treat a potential long term customer, just because she is using a groupon… In the end she basically just received a trim and even that was not done well since later that day she noticed some stray hairs that were not cut.

Tried it with a Groupon and was disappointed. Had to make an appointment to use it and when I got there the door was locked. OK, sketchy Houston is sketchy so I waited for someone to come open the door. Told I would have to wait even though I made an appointment. Waited 45 minutes since there were only two stylists. Mani-pedi was OK but she left gaps between where the polish ended and the cuticle started that were very visible. It looked like my nails had been groaning out a week. Will not be returning.

Update: Came back two days later to get 3 nails re-done because they chipped off. The lady who re-did them for me did a good job. So if you’re looking for a shellac manicure just don’t let the hispanic girl with short blonde hair do it.

Amanda does an amazing job. I needed a new salon and discovered them on Groupon. It’s relaxing without all the frills. Unlike most nail salons, I didn’t feel like I left with a bunch of nail designs and extra scrubbing I didn’t need. I did ask about the difference between the basic and spa pedicure, and without being«sold», chose the spa.(It’s an extra $ 10 well spent) I left with exactly what I needed. Amanda didn’t file my nails like some places do with shellac. Everything came out great! Sans the Groupon, I will be returning!

I received a call to reschedule my appointment due to their staff being out. It took 2 hours &45 minutes for a simple cut & highlights, my hair was still half wet when I left. Towards the end they started rushing things along as it was closing time & they weren’t through with my hair. The highlights in the back look great, but the sides… when they started rushing, look horrible. The sides don’t match at all. My hair is also uneven in the front. Elena was really great & sweet, as well as the lady at the front desk. The salon could use some cleaning up. I was really looking forward to my highlights & now I regret it. I guess you get what you pay for.

Fantastic salon! I’m always super skeptical when I go to a salon and use a groupon, but this is a place I’m actually going to come back to! Amanda was helpful from start to finish. We chose some out-of-my-comfort-zone colors that turned out to be great(the first person I saw after I left the salon complimented my nails already!) And during the entire time, she kept giving me very useful advice. I was also offered a return trip for the same services at the same groupon price, woohoo! But even without that, they have great weekday specials as well as some«Express» choices. I’ll definitely be back, I think I’ve found a home for my nails, finally!

I made an appointment a week ahead only to find out it wasn’t worth the effort. I called a half hour before my appointment to confirm and was told that, Yes, it was still at noon. I show up only to be completely ignored. In fact, there was only one woman I could see who asked me what I needed. I told her I had an appointment at noon and she said they were busy. I was confused. Two gentleman walk in and a woman from the back comes to the front and greets them. Says nothing to me until I tell her I have an appointment at noon. She looks at the appointment book and says that she needs to check to see if the woman is still coming in because her daughter is sick. I was a little livid because I not only called ahead, but they had my phone number to reschedule if they needed to. The woman walks to the back with her phone, calls the woman(i’m assuming) then walks to one of the gentleman and proceeds to start to give him a hair cut. I ask her if the lady is coming in and she says, Oh, she should be in in about 15 – 20 minutes. I just got up and left. This salon isn’t serious about their customers.

I bought a groupon on a whim. Had never tried the place but I’m glad I did. I bought it for my grandma as a present. The two nail ladies here are sweet. The place itself is small: two pedi chairs. I came on a Wednesday by appointment. We got this sweet asian lady who was very careful and did a wonderful job on the pedi. I would come back again. They do hair, nails, and massages. One stop shop.

Yeah! finally found a Salon and Spa that not only has Asians doing nails. Can you believe it? They are all very friendly sweet women, that know how much you want to be treated like a queen. Had a little trouble scheduling, but they apologized for the rude woman that took my appointment, and than said that it would not work, than she hung up on me. Amanda is an awesome nail tech, employee and human being!
