Terrible service!!! The owner is extremely rude! Russo’s is better anyways. Dirty restrooms and tables. Pizza is absolutely greasy and boarder line nasty.

This is probably the worst pizza. I won’t be back. I can’t see all the good reviews being legit.

1÷22÷16 I went and had gone a few days earlier for the same thing — one large cheese slice. Yuuuum that is one magical slice of heaven. The crust is everything and they manage to get a nice crisp on that thin crust pizza. Marry that with real cheese and a great tomato sauce… and BAM… that’s one primo slice of pizza. I’m so glad that I don’t live close… it’s a treat that I make a trip for and totally enjoy. I’d need a subscription to weight watchers if I lived close because I’d probably get me one slice 4 days a week. The owner is a super nice a professional guy. I prefer to go when he’s there because he is very customer oriented. If you go in the evening when just the lady staff is there… the service can be a little hit or miss. Hopefully the owner is taking note and noticing a trend as far as the young ladies providing counter service. Similar comments/complaints. Perhaps a little retraining is in order. You value your customers and it shows. Make sure they are portraying that same image as they are the face of your business when you are not there. Absolutely worth it! Really good North East flavor down here in the South!

Service is in the pits. Although their pizza is among the best, the service is very poor. My mother-in-law likes cheese only and my wife and I prefer pepperoni. On a large pizza, I asked for a pepperoni and cheese with all of the pepperoni to be placed on one side of the pizza. The girls working the order counter said they couldn’t do that as they had no way for the cash register to do that. I explained that I would just pay for a pepperoni and they could tell the cooks what I wanted. They told me that they could not tell the cooks that unless the computer let them do it. I asked for them to bring a cook out and I would explain to him. After being told that the cooks were not allowed to come out of the kitchen, they relented and brought out a cook. Using a pizza tray, I explained what I wanted. The cook said, «Si, Si». When I received my pizza, they had only given me a half pepperoni(regular number on only one side). I was charged for a full pepperoni pizza.

I placed an order to go and told the cashier I would be back in about 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I returned and asked about my order and that same cashier started shuffling through all of her receipts then said she’d check on it. About 10 minutes later she came out and said it would be ready in fifteen minutes or less. I knew they had screwed up and either forgot to make it or gave it to someone else. They swore they didn’t. Unfortunately the 55 minute wait for the pizza wasn’t worth it. The pizza was a greasy undercooked mess. An apology for how long it took or some honesty about what really happened would have gone a long way.

Inconsistent in everything; service, prices, food and prep time. And never an answer about why it is different. I have been in and the sign says $ 3 and change for a slice of cheese pizza and like $.50 per topping and the girl at the counter tried to charge me $ 7 for one topping and wouldn’t give me a reason why, so I just didn’t order that day. The pizza to me is always over cooked making it very dry.

By far the Best smoking hot out of oven pizza slice I ever had!!! First time visitor! There were couple people there around 6:30pm. The wait was a tad bit slower than expected for less people in. We were catching a new movie at 7pm, so by the time pizza arrived we pretty much had to eat fast in 10 minutes! What a good packed size«speciality» slice! Very filling! I would definitely come back for lunch!

Don’t expect great service here cause you won’t find it buuutttt the pizza here is to die for! Okay not literally but they have really good NY style pizza. Everything I want my pizza to be is how they make it without having to put special orders on it. Thin crust made of fresh dough, not soggy, and end crust is soft but crisp. Their dough has a slight sweetness which is fine with me. They don’t put a lot of pizza sauce which is a big plus for me because I don’t care too much for it. Their ingredients are fresh! My bf and I normally order garlic on our pizza and you’ll find actually chunks of garlic pieces on your pizza. They don’t skimp out on toppings either, especially the meats. I’m surprised this place isn’t busier but better for me, I don’t have to deal with crowds.

My wife and I came here right after our movie. This is our first time here. We ordered a slice of pizza which the lady said would take 3 – 5 minutes and we ordered a large pizza which the young waitress said would take 15 – 20 minutes. We have now waited for over 40 minutes and I haven’t received even received our slice of pizza. Also, we asked to use the restroom and she said it was out of order. What kind of restaurant establishment has both restrooms out of order and way off on food service times. On top of it, the same waitress starts sweeping the floor and ask me to move where I was standing. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the pizza was slightly better than a CiCi pizza, but barely. Needless to say, we will not be back and also I recommend you pass on this place and go somewhere else. This place should close it’s doors for business.

I gave it 2 stars because of past visits. We ordered New York Special. I’ve had this pizza before and it has been awesome, but the toppings including the cheese on this pizza literally fell off as I picked it up. I’m not sure if there was any Jalapenos on it. Taste was just not there. Cashier {imature} was not friendly, didn’t ask if we wanted anything after seeing the messy pizza. We approached, this cashier, to ask for a manager. They said no one was on-site. So, there were 2 imature operators of this restaurant. The«cook» was another imature employee. I proceeded to give some needed criticism and made me the enemy. said please listen and they could improve customer service. The product was bad and the lack of customer service is what made me thoroughly upset. Will not be returning and I was a huge fan.

Came here after watching a movie and ordered a few pizza’s to go. At first glance I was a little grumpy because the place was super packed, the food took quite a while to be ready, and it was a little on the pricey side. However, when we finally got home and were able to eat the pizza, I was wowed with amazing flavor. I really really loved their pizza! It was totally worth the wait!

Ordered Hawaiian pizza. I’ve had thin-crust pizza before but the toppings including the cheese on this pizza literally fell off as I picked it up. I’m not sure if there was any sauce on it. Taste was okay. Cashier teenager was not friendly, didn’t ask if we wanted drinks, slouched over the cash register. As she was taking our order, I almost cancelled it and I wish I did! Afterwards, I approached her to ask for a manager. She said no one was on-site. So, there were 2 teenagers running this restaurant. The«cook» was another teenaged long-haired fellow. I proceeded to give her some friendly, criticism and she started arguing with me! I told her to please listen and that I’m only giving her constructive criticism about upping her level of customer service. Yea, the pizza was soggy to me but the customer service is what made me thoroughly upset. Will not be returning. Interior needs updating also. The only nice part is the patio seating.

First impression, clean and friendly place; although the cashier didn’t seem too engaging or friendly. I would recommend only their pizza’s. My friend got the sandwich and I have gotten the sides before; they’re decent but not worth the price. Giant slice are huge and cost anywhere from $ 5 – 7, if you’re a first timer here, grab the New York special. The pizza is NY style thin flaky crust and was very surprised it was not greasy. TLDR; great spot for pizza and for a moderate price

One of my favorite pizza joints! It’s not only freshly made but the single slices are HUGE — just how New York makes them. Perfect texture, flavor & mmm the crust! It’s right next to the theaters, so the boyfriend & I usually stop by before our movie starts. It’s also a great way to make it up to an upset girlfriend after a fight :) — The New York Special(4⁄5): It’s like a typical supreme pizza but more — pepperonis, mushroom, olives, green bell peppers, Italian sausage, hamburger, bacon, onions, & jalapeños! I’m usually not a big fan of supreme pizzas. But here, it’s GOOD. — The Hawaiian(5⁄5): I love my pizza with black olives & pineapples! Although it does not come with olives, you can always ask for additional toppings of course — bacon, pineapples, & mozzarella. It’s simple, but the sweetness of the pineapple combined with all of that is what takes me to paradise. — The Chicken Alfredo(4⁄5): Just like the classic pasta with chicken, mushroom, mozzarella & Alfredo sauce. At first, I found the concept odd but it was deeeeliciousss. Who doesn’t love bread with their pasta right? With the pizza version, you get it all in one bite!

The pizza is always good. I’ve yet to have one I didn’t like. Recently I tried the Garlic Sauce Pizza which was super yummy. They lost a star because of the girl who was working the counter. She seemed to really not care that I was ordering and was not paying attention at all. I had to repeat my order more then three times even though I was talking directly to her, in an almost silent room with no other customers in site. She just kept glancing off then typing in the wrong order. I work in a bakery, I know what it’s like to have days when I really don’t care, but I also know that in order for my business to survive, I NEED your business. You have to act accordingly whether you’re having a bad day or not.

A very satisfying slice makes for a very satisfying lunch. Hubby and I were in the area and needed a quick bite to eat. We’d eaten here before and remembered that they made a tasty pizza, so we never even considered the other restaurants that surround NY Pizza. In we went, and it was a trip back in time, both to when we’ve eaten here before AND when we’d stop in at local pizza parlors in the NY/NJ area when we were first married. Nothing assuming here: order your slice(and it’s a huge slice, too), tell them the size of your drink, get your cup, serve yourself(yes, free refills on drinks), park your bottom down and wait for that yummy, gooey HOT slice with the crunchy crust. Do not scarf it down immediately, though, because you will burn the roof of your mouth if you do. Nice flavors, loaded with cheese, tasty sauce(and just the right amount of it) and a very flavorful, crispy crust that even I ate. Two of us got a great lunch for $ 12, so I’d consider that an excellent deal, especially since NY Pizza serves one of the best pizzas around. Next time I’m twisting hubby’s arm to split a calzone with me(NY Pizza’s calzones are made for 2) — for these looked like the real deal! Oh, yeah!
