I got the bulgogi quesadillas and chicken egg rolls. The bulgogi quesadillas are incredible! Wish I had just gotten two servings of those as the egg rolls were good but did not shake a stick at the other. Friendly staff to top it off too.

Was on my lunch break and thought i’d try this place out. The wait was surprisingly long but totally worth it. I ordered the Korean short ribs and my Co worker got the pineapple chicken fried rice. Food was tasty and the fried rice was good. pretty filling for only 10 bucks. The people there was friendly and really helpful. Will definitely come back and try the sushi burrito.

Mixed feelings here. We waited about 30 minutes for the fried rice with pineapple chicken and the Kimchi fries. Fries were yummy and the beef on top was also good(too long to wait for a food truck). The chicken was kind of soggy from sitting in the sauce for too long and the rice had no veggies and was really salty. My friend got the shrimp noodles and they were okay, but a little salty. We were sad to find out they had no tapioca or chicken nuggets even though they had just opened.

Ran into this food truck outside the parking lot of Kung Fu Tea in Montrose while wanting to get some boba. The lady I talked to said they are there every Wednesday. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave suggestions of what they liked and told me a little bit more about what to expect from each dish(if it was on the sweet side, etc.) Eventually, I ended up ordering their chicken nuggets. It was described as marinated with their homemade recipe, battered, and fried. They were served with a dipping sauce that seemed to look like sambal mixed with other stuff. In the end, they were just OK. They were really crispy and the dipping sauce was good; however, their marinade tasted strange to me. I could not pinpoint what the exact flavor was but it was something sweet that tasted odd. I was only able to finish it because I kept dipping them in their spicy sauce and I was also just really hungry. I know another Unilocaler mentioned that it tasted a lot better than most places in Chinatown, but I think the chicken nuggets served at the Tapioca House are more to my liking(maybe because they serve it spicy with fried basil — which I really enjoy!)

This food truck is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The Korean beef short ribs and bulgogi kimchi fried was great! My favorite order was the chicken nuggets which taste a lot better than most places in Chinatown.
