There might be other cleaners that are closer to my home but I will always bring my business here because of the amazing customer service!
I’ve been coming for a couple of years and Roshaun (sp?) was always extremely friendly but today she went over the top. I locked my keys in my car when I went to drop off my clothes and when she found out I didn’t have AAA she called for me on her AAA account! I waited for about half an hour and chatted with her until they came to unlock my car. Once it was unlocked I tried to pay her but she refused and just gave me a huge hug instead.

Amazing, honest, and professional service! I’ve been using them for a year and have never had an issue. Recently I brought in one of my favorite dresses, and they brought to my attention a small burn on the fabric. They wanted to show it to me before they dry cleaned it, and provided me with a variety of repair options! Really personal service.

When I went to pick up my clothes, the lady handed me an envelope containing $ 50 and a pair of cufflinks. Apparently I had forgotten to check my pockets. I am blown away by their honesty. They also did a great job getting the stains out of one of my shirts.

Friendly service, decent turnaround (I don’t believe plant is on-​site). Prices are a tad high, but everything is always clean and on time, so i’m not going to mess with a good thing.

I too have been coming to Stanley Cleaners for the past 9 years. I *love* it. Totally neighborhood cleaners where you come in, talk about the neighborhood with Roshaun, leave your clothes and get them back fresh and professionally cleaned with no hassle.
My partner has had some mishaps with some difficult to clean pieces. However I am very happy to say that the errors in cleaning were rectified on-​site by the manager and with very little frustration.
Stanley Cleaners, you’re my neighborhood favorite spot!

I have been a customer here for six years. The service is excellent and most importantly, I have never had a shirt returned with a broken button. If you have your clothes in by 9am, you can pick up after 5pm the same day; after 9 and they are ready the next day.
