On the Spot America was terrible to try to do business with. There VP never made his appointment to meet and in the end, we are in a lawsuit due to their terrible customer service and honesty. I would not suggest using this company!

These people are not good with scheduling. If you choose the 4−6p time frame for them to come to your home, they will call and tell you that they actually do not work that late. They called to reschedule our appointment twice, and after leaving work early to meet them at 4pm, they never showed up. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and it seems like they don’t want my business.
