I went in because I was feeling a bit weak in one side of my face. The doctor spent literally 10 minutes until he said it was temporary and I should take up vitamins and it will go away in couple of weeks.
I received a bill of $ 525 dollars for the physician fee and $ 1617 to facility use (the whole ten minutes I spend in their place).
That’s it, I’m stuck with a +2000 bill for a 10 minute visit and being told that I need to take «vitamins» and wait it out. These people are thieves and I feel sorry for their next victim. No wonder their waiting room is empty whenever you visit!

Patients beware. Terrible experience and we will never go back after just receiving a new$ 1,500 bill with full Aetna insurance coverage for daytime office visit 9 months ago in December 2014 to get diagnosed with the flu. There are many other options in the Memorial area for routine medical treatment that would bill appropriately for a routine office visit.

Awesome! Very friendly, fast, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, and would prefer to come here than the Memorial ER. In network for most insurances. Awesome.
