My company transferred to One Allen Center from Greenspoint. It is on the far West side of downtown. There is very easy access to many places to eat (Snap Kitchen, Chick Fil-​A, Basil Café, & many more) and for other needs (Houston Shoe Hospital & the convenience stores). It is conveniently attached to the Downtown Club @ the Met as well. It is well maintained, well lit, and has ample parking. Definitely an upgrade from our last building, not fear of the issues from Gunspoint!

I had to come to this building today for a client meeting. The security and building workers inside and outside if the building was so helpful/​friendly/​and nice. I noticed it was consistent throughout. Since I arrived about an hour before my meeting, I decided to visit the food court to see what they had going on… I must say they have a pretty good set up there. From subway to BBQ to Asian… and the list goes on. I was even able to purchase an order of «real» scrambled eggs and coffee for barely $ 3. I’m sure any one that work I. Some of these office buildings must realize that the food spots can be crappy and overly priced, due to convenience…
