They obviously did not want my business. You would think since I needed an expensive new system, they would be more interested in customer service. After explaining numerous times that I could not take off of work for an entire day to wait around for them to arrive, they still were unwilling to work with me. I wound up cancelling with them to find a company that did want my business.

I am not a reviewer, negative or otherwise, but after my fourth repair I am breaking my silence !
Quick and dirty: I bought paintable and stainable «composite» doors (1) poor door material, top quality outdoor paint doesn’t stick (many many touch ups) finally gave up and looks like crap (2) painter sucked, a child could have done better (3) poor support rail design won’t allow for a lock mech, poor bottom pulley design doesn’t allow for door to close completely (3) installers hacked and gouged 1-​by door trim and had to repair (4) and installed the wrong spring which has led to the failure of four garage door opener trolley assemblies, just did my last one yesterday which I guess pushed me over the edge.
