I’ve used this mailing center several times and they have consistently delivered great service. They offer every shipping option and always point out which are the least expensive, fastest, etc. The location is very convenient in that it is very close to City Centre and Memorial City Mall, but without all the traffic. Support a great small business in your local area.

The lady I have encountered at this location is very nice however they are expensive. I mailed my income tax paperwork to IRS and the bill for postage, certified, return receipt requested was $ 11.05. The receipt I was given only shows a total. and the tracking number was hand written on receipt. I emailed requesting itemized receipt. I was sent a receipt showing USPS charges of $ 6.97. I asked about the difference of over $ 4.00 and was told that was their charge. I requested a receipt that itemized all charges and was sent an email back saying I had the original receipt, that was all they would provide. And asked why do I want an itemized receipt? A service charge that is 60% of postal fees… that is a little out of line. And to be questioned as to WHY I want a receipt? Um. Excuse me… none of your business. I will not be using this place again
