All four of us wiped out plates clean including entrees and desserts! The special Filet de Bolognese and regular menu Chicken Marsala were both cooked to perfection! The music was great(Al Green Pandora)! Can’t complain about BYOB($ 7.95). Our service was very attentive and friendly but not overbearing! Such a pleasant Saturday night!

My husband and I came here for dinner tonight… it was our first time dining here. It is just off of Westheimer in a little strip center that does not look like anything special. Many good places have this appearance and this is no exception. I had the Southwest Chicken Lasagna and my husband had the Penne Stefano. Both dishes were delicious as were the breadsticks they serve to accompany your meal. The prices are very reasonable, eslecially for Italian food. Our waiter, Carlos was amazing… very attentive and made some great suggestions about what to order… simply one of the best waiters I have had in a very long time. We will definitely return!

Good, no fuss Italian food. I love their Pasta Stefano. Italian sausage with a creamy tomato sauce and penne pasta. What’s not to love! Their house salad this time was overly dressed, didnt eat it. Love their complementary bread sticks too! If you are in the mood for easy, reasonably priced and good Italian, this is a great choice.

I’ve ordered takeout from here enough to have a favorite dish. The scampi! Served with linguine pasta and some tangy sundried tomatoes is something I crave. I have also had the margherita pizza which had good flavor and a crispy crust. A hidden place on a street with 100’s of food options. And the service is always friendly.

Good Italian food is so difficult to find in Houston. This little gem of a restaurant has the best Italian that we have found, and the prices are reasonable. Palazzo’s is a small, quiet family place tucked away from Westheimer behind The House of Pies. It has great waitstaff, is timely with the carry out and also delivers. My favorite dishes are the Penne Stefano with ground beef(instead of Italian sausage) and the Anastasia pizza. My husband loves the fettuccine Alfredo with spinach added and extra sauce. Their garlic bread and olive oil/spices are excellent and their bread pudding is phenomenal. We have literally driven across town just for the bread pudding.

Palazzo’s is a wonderful hole-in-the-wall just off Westheimer. I visited for lunch on a weekday and would recommend it for anyone with an itch for Italian. The food is delicious! They have a great lunch menu with plenty of options for veal, chicken, meat, and vegetarian dishes. My party of four had nothing but compliments for the dishes we received. We all got something different, so you really can’t go wrong. Note, you can sub your entrée’s salad for a soup.(Toasty tomato basil on a chilly day? Yes please!) Also, A++ for the garlic bread & olive oil! –It takes a lot of self control to refrain from emptying the basket! Service is pleasant and timely, which makes this a great choice for work lunches. Our orders and all accompaniments were delivered promptly. Overall great choice! This would be my go-to Italian restaurant if I lived in the neighborhood.

We are pretty regular at Palazzos, I would say it’s number one Italian restaurant here in Houston. Bread sticks with olive oil depending sauce is fantastic appetizer(on the house). Servers are really friendly in this location. Try to order the Spanish Alfredo with chicken it is really yummy, actually I ask them to add the Spinach to my Alfredo it gave it good torch! Also try the pizza it’s really yummy, only fresh, not leftover!

I came here on a weeknight and found the restaurant to be pleasantly surprising. The food was good, atmosphere casual, prices reasonable, service good as well. I ordered the lasagna and penne stefano. I personally liked the lasagna better, but it’s more about which flavor you prefer. The penne is definitely a creamy option, while lasagna is full of tart marinara and yummy ground beef. Both were good to me, but I just prefer lasagna always over most dishes. Each entrée came with a simple side salad with their house dressing, similar to balsamic, and had lettuce, red onion, crumbled feta cheese?, crutons, and a few diced tomatoes. Portions were a good size, so I will consider this an alternate to go to, next time I’m in the mood for italian. Will have to try the desserts when I return. They had about 8 different ones, most of which were homemade like the banana carrot cake, or chocolate mousse pie.

Fabulous neighborhood Italian restaurant. It’s Byob, which I LOVE, but also has amazing and authentic food at affordable prices. The service is always superb, it definitely feels like you’re part of the family. You must try the tiramisu… too good to miss out on!

Ordered the pasta stefano and chicken fettuccine alfredo. Each dish came with a side salad. The chicken itself was very flavorful. Even the mushrooms had a good taste… the pasta was BLAN! Overall unimpressed with the pastas.

First time trying this diamond in the rough restaurant and glad we did. First off, the staff was extremely nice, helpful with the menu and service was by far the best you can get in Houston. The food was just perfect not overly buttery or seasoned. It just was right. Love the pizza and shrimp scampi. Desserts are amZing !! Try the banana carrot cake it was mouthwatering. Will definitely be back!

Meh, it wasn’t as good as I expected based on other reviews. The lasagna came with a layer of cold marinara on top. They didn’t have fresh cheese to put on it. The breadsticks are good: thin, not Olive Garden style. Service was good and fast. Probably won’t be back.

I hadn’t been at Palazzo’s in a long time. The restaurant keeps its consistent quality. The breadsticks are delicious and you can ask for marinara sauce instead of the olive oil that is served with them. If you ask them, they can toast them just a bit more for you. I find the $ 7.50 wine corking fee excessive as many restaurants charge only $ 5; however, if you have a really expensive bottle of wine to share with your friends, the fee shouldn’t matter. I instead opted for a house glass of wine which was decent and reasonably priced I believe I paid about $ 7 for a cabernet. Check out the chalk board for specials including fish and chicken and desserts. I didn’t have the spumoni this time around but remember loving it and don’t forget to ask for the chocolate sauce on top. It’s decadent. My friends all seemed to enjoy their dishes. I had the big house salad with grilled chicken. It’s a healthy option if you don’t want to eat pasta and it’s delicious with just a bit of feta cheese, black olives and a great vinegary dressing.

This is a quaint little Italian restaurant tucked away behind BB’s and House of Pies. The breadsticks are absolutely amazing and the reason why my friend an I found this restaurant. The staff is extremely accommodating and was able to basically create a dish I wanted. Also, they know their food and wines. We got into a 5-minute-long conversation about each different wine we were interested in and what part if Italy it came from, what sort of flavors were associated with it, and tried several types until deciding on one. This is the sort of place you will want to become a regular at. Excellent service and food!
