I’ve always wondered how much a guy standing on the street waving a sign to advertise a restaurant would persuade me to try out. Apparently I was mesmerized by the way the sign was rocking back and forth as I was sitting in my car. Walking into this place you will notice that the buffet(which was advertised) is rather small. A quick scan of the items on the buffet and you will realize that there is a mixture of cultures here. It’s a mixture of Italian and Mediterranean food which seems a bit strange but not a fusion of the two. List of items on the buffet(I may have left some items off so forgive me) Pizza: There was 6 + different kinds of pizza. I enjoyed the pizza as it had a good amount of cheese and the crust was thin. Buffalo wings: There were two flavors consisting of Hot and BBQ. In general, I enjoy eating wings and the wings here aren’t that bad. Salads: There were two types of salad — Caesar and house. Other sauces can be found next to the side in bottles. Pasta/Rice dishes: There was this rice dish with chicken(Mediterranean dish). The shrimp linguine was very greasy and lacked flavor. The ravioli in tomato was ok. Deserts: There was fresh fruit and some other deserts I don’t know the name of The food doesn’t stand out in any particular way. For the price(under 8.00) and type of food for lunch, it does what is advertised. I took my coworkers here and they enjoyed this place. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. If you’re in a mood for both Italian and Mediterranean food then you can drop by this place. I’m calling it Italiterranean food!

Having now ordered a couple of the salads as well as the minestrone soup, I must recommend sticking with the pizza or pasta. I’m also sorry to report that they no longer offer Tiramisu as a dessert option. Very disappointing!

I ate here last night with a buddy and enjoyed it very much. I’ve been to another one of their locations in Cypress, but I dug this location more. I can’t pinpoint why. Maybe.. . because you don’t order at the counter here? My own laziness maybe. Anyway, I had a slice of «Molly’s,»(that’s the name of the pizza, not a person) which is: Roasted chicken breast, baby spinach, fresh roma tomatoes, and a blend of sun dried oregano leaves and sesame seeds, extra virgin olive oil with mozzarella and feta cheese. Nicely done. The slice is pretty huge too, so don’t worry about being starved afterwards. The service was very friendly, especially considering we came in near closing time.
