I’ve eaten alot of Panda Express in my life, it can be pretty good — but this is by far the worst food & customer service of my life of any of them. The orange chicken simply doesn’t taste right. Has an off taste like fish. The noodles are more often than not burnt. I went in to eat to give it another shot — usually I get to go — big mistake. I ordered a bowl and got a miniature portion of noodles, the orange chicken was the bottom of the barrell and with barely any left on their tray they skimp on me and give me a small serving to save some for the next guy. By the time I get to check-out they have a new orange chicken tray and am I staring at my depressing bowl so I ask for a little more meat. I get told«No, you have 1 serving! Pay $ 1 extra for more meat!» I say no thanks. I had to ask for a fortune cookie because they’re too stingy to give me one. Overall — bad food, bad portions, rude service.

The food and service at this location is pretty good. It’s easy and quick. It’s very nice to see them cooking all of the food in the back. Also the calorie count for each portion is clearly placed for viewing.

Grrrrrrr. I felt like shit going in here to eat. It was not aweful but it was freaking Panda Express. I have no clue why my kids love this place. …and they refuse to go to China town to eat with me…

So gross I threw up. First and last time I come here. So nasty. I got the pepper chicken(if you could even call it chicken) and chow mein. The chicken was ALL fat. No meat. Not a single piece. The littlest bits of chicken attached to the globs of chicken fat were inedible. I spit it out, tried to find some piece of meat, saw that it was all fat and threw up. The noodles were just like ramen with out any flavor. I should have just stuck to those as pointless as they were. SOGROSS.

I love Panda Express but this location always has their rice off course! Either to moochie, hard, uncooked, or no flavor!!! My teeth hurt for days but I was hungry. And never going to that location. The portions suck if you dine in so I recommend order to go, they serve alot more. OHANDMAKESUREYOUSAMPLETHERICEBEFOREYOUORDERJUST A FYI

I don’t want to say this Panda is the best Panda Express that I’ve been to, but it is a good store. I always get good fast service, and the store is clean. I sometimes find that the food is not the freshest, not necessarily bad though.

Ok my bad. I mean, why would I think this would have been decent Chinese food? Never eaten at a Panda Express before, don’t need to try again. Blandest food ever. All the soy sauce can’t make it any better. 2 stars because the place is relatively clean, décor is nicer than a typical chain.

The food is like any other panda, and I normally try not to rate chains since they generally all about the same. I was just compelled to review do to the terrible service… everyone behind the counter seems like they are on horse tranquilizers, you ask them how they are doing and they stare blankly into your eyes and not answer. Any question I asked I received no responce and was just shuffled through the line in a hurry, there was no lunch rush and I was the only one in line so I know that was not the reason. Idk, maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I will not be coming back.

I’ve been to this location about 10 times now and the food is on par with the other Panda Express locations I’ve gone to. It is usually clean inside and the staff is friendly as can be expected. The only thing I’ve noticed is when going later at night, even when there is still over an hour left until close, they are frequently out of food and sauces. It can be frustrating to come multiple times and have them out of many food items and not willing to cook more even at 7:30 at night.

I love Panda Express… This location has single handedly make me not want to eat at Panda ever again. I am not one to criticize an individual and I always give a restaurant a second or third chance if I have a bad experience. After the last 3 bad experiences in a row I will not ever go back to this location and possibly will avoid Panda Express altogether and I will advise of my friends to not attend this location. I do not want to ramble on about previous experiences so I will give you a short run down… I arrive one evening and have to wait over 4 mins for someone to tell me «we will be with you in a minute»…I understand it can get busy. no biggie. I ordered chow-mein, orange chicken, and sweet fire chicken. I got a scoop of each entrée… when i looked at the plate i literally had 4 small, dried out pieces of sweet fire chicken(i asked the girl if I could have more and she politely obliged). The chow-mein was good. The sweet fire chicken was not spicy, and dried out… the orange chicken literally tasted like shrimp… I waited a minute and took a bite and confirmed that I was tasting right(i would have been very nervous if someone with me had a shellfish allergy). Another employee from the back comes over to the buffet line behind the counter and begins wiping down the counter with a dirty rag. He wiped down the entire food section, then emptied the trash he had gathered in the dirty, wet rag, and then stirred about 3 different items on the buffet without washing his hands. The girl who had served me my food as well as worked the POS for the drive through then TOOKTHETRASHBAG out of the trash can and moved it to the opposite end of the kitchen… placed the bag down and then walked directly back to the food line and served the next customer… without washing hands… I almost threw up in my mouth and wondered what else had been touched before she served MY plate… the fishy off taste could have easily come from a number of spots… Its a shame I had such bad experiences because I like the food, but I will not be visiting a Panda Express anytime soon.

I love Panda Express, but I hate this one. I asked for a diet peach tea twice in one week at this location and got a diet peach tea mixed with some sort of red drink. Why? I didn’t ask for you to mix my drink so why did you? Ugh. I had to get out my car(from the drive-thru), go inside, and make the drink myself! Both times! They also didn’t have any peanuts in the Kung Pao chicken, either time. What’s up with that?

If you eat at a place like this you really are a jerk. It’s an insult to yourself, to where we live, and to food in general. Chains like this are why you can’t get a decent meal anymore. Shame on you.

My friends ordered from the catering menu for a baby shower. We were in from LA and were a little hesitant to order from here based on the review, but we had a good experience. The food wasn’t quite ready when we got there, but the gal gave us a free drink while we waited. Overall, service and quality were good. and though we didn’t use the drive thru, that’s super convenient!

They have a drive-thru! My old favorite back in Dallas did not have a drive-thru and it bothered me having to find a parking spot and walk in for my to-go order. The drive-thru concept impresses me. The one at Greenway is so far it is not a realistic option except for the rare once or twice a year I have a meeting in the area. I am glad there is a new one here closer so I can eat my Americanized-Chinese more often. Fried rice: as a chain they do a great job of consistency Orange chicken: lots of breading, but still tasty Sweetfire chicken breast: tasty! The chicken is less breading/dough fried, the sauce is good. A little bit of red pepper. Only one small piece of pineapple though on the bottom. Amazing as far as fast food goes — a great Sunday lunch pursuant to the«don’t go to the gym on the weekend» rule, since weekends are meow for eating.

My husband ate here against my recommendation. He found out why. The cashier insisted on charging him for food he didn’t ask for. While choking down the gummy chicken, he realized he had been charged for a drink he didn’t order. When he asked for a refund the cashier disappeared into the back and came back with cash-short of the tax. So this place is fishy not just because of the smell.

It’s a chain, but I do like my Panda Express. My friend and I have been here several times, and we’ve never had a bad meal. We always get the kung pao chicken because it’s so good! It’s a little spicy and tasty! If you want some quick, decent Chinese food, stop by! I like that they have fountain drinks, because I always drink a lot. They have Pepsi drinks, so I get Dr. Pepper. :)

I know… Panda Express is the McD’s of Chinese food. But I love it! Mostly because you can drive through. After visiting one on a jaunt up north to FM1960 which ended with some awesome egg rolls and rangoons, I nearly wrecked the car when I saw one opening near the new Target on Taft. Hello! So tonight is Wednesday night and you know what that means… that’s right, it is take-out night at Chez Katie. And I am digesting a whole mess of Panda ‘Spress. For $ 5.50 you can get a «side»(steamed rice, fried rice, lo mein, or steamed veggies) and a scoop each of two entrees. For a few dollars more you can have three. Tonight I had steamed rice, lemon pepper chicken and green bean chicken. Also had a side of rangoons. Yum. My husband had lo mein with Beijing beef and orange chicken. I didn’t hear any complaints and he cleaned his plate. Oh, the drive-through was not open yet but it had a sign that said«coming soon.»
