I came here on a Friday afternoon. Sat in line for 15 minutes before paying and getting my drink and being told to pull around and wait for them to bring my order because they were making a fresh batch of teriyaki chicken. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food so that was ok despite already sitting in line for 15 minutes. After another 10 minutes I received my food. I had one tiny serving of teriyaki chicken with no sauce on it and one tiny serving of honey walnut shrimp. And no apology for the wait. I don’t care how fresh it is if I have to wait 25 minutes for 3 bites of plain grilled chicken, you don’t need my business, you need better management. You get 2 stars for at least having fresh food but there’s nothing else worth rating.

This Panda Express location is horrible! I went to the drive thru on a Monday night at 8:45 pm. Waited 15 min in line(only two cars in front of me in line). They couldn’t even take our orders! Don’t visit this locations drive thru or you will be disappointed!

I like to come here but every time I get the honeywalnut shrimp they only give me 3 shrimp on it. And the noodles are either cold or has more veggies than usual.

I just called to complain about my order being wrong and they actually hung up on me the first time because they couldn’t hear me. During the second call, I think they explained that their phone doesn’t work 100%. This company doesn’t even invest in a phone that works, let alone managers that know how to be apologetic when their staff messes up.

I always get steamed Veggies, sweet fire chicken and Orange chicken. It has always been good and the place is really clean. The service is better when the store manager is there but they are always nice. I recommend going here if you like medium speed fast food. They make a lot of things fresh instead of having it sit around!

I’ve came here a few times since it opened up and I defiantly think this is one of the better panda expresses. You can see that they freshly cook their food through the open kitchen. Their entrees are delicious but I do feel like they’re lacking on the fried rice and chow mein. I don’t like the fried rice at all and the chow mein is okay.

This place has the worst service ever 1-They are out of all there food at 7:00pm 2-we had to wait 10 min for our 2nd meat 3-they promised that they will bring it to my table then they put it on the prep line and after 10 min I get up and go to the prep line waiting for them to hand me the chicken teriyaki. The man served 3 ppl first then I said«so I paid for nothing?» Then he said«oh I forgot!» Then served other ppl… so needless to say NEVERCOMINGBACK!!!

SOSAD. I really wanted to like this location after visiting due to high ratings, but I’m pretty disappointed. I went on a Saturday night, and the drive thru was so busy that I went inside. The location itself is beautiful, has outdoor seating(never seen this at Panda) and extremely well lit(which it should be in this part of town). The staff was super friendly and offered a sample to me. I tried the Sweetfire chicken because I always get Orange Chicken, and wanted something different. It was pretty good, so I got that and my usual with fried rice. They checked me out courteously and quickly and I dashed home with my goods. I was really digging my dinner until I realized that every other bite of fried rice had a crunch to it. MYRICEWASVERYUNDERCOOKED. I’m not sure why a Chinese restaurant would fail on such a basic thing as fried rice. There’s no such thing as Chinese food without it in my opinion. I ended up having to re-cook it myself in a skillet at home as I was not about to drive all the way back to 1960 to tell them about their error. UGH! I should’ve stuck with my guns and went to the Willowbrook location. Everyone seems down on them but I’ve never had an issue like that. Will someone suggest a real Chinese restaurant in the 1960 area?

My first time visiting this location… The food was hot and fresh. The steam table was rather empty so I had to wait on my food to be cooked but no complaints there because I prefer fresh food anyway. Customer service was nice from the cashier. I will likely return to this location in the future.

Still working out some kinks, but so far both times the food has been fresh and drive through service friendly, but a tad slow.
