Worst Papa John’s location ever. After being immediately placed on hold for 6 minutes, I placed an order for their 5-topping large pizza special for $ 12 and was told my total came to $ 23 dollars. The employee told me it was because I had extra toppings, and when I asked him to repeat the toppings and pointed out there were just 5, he was silent on the phone for 2 minutes. He then told me «the system won’t let him ring in the special they were running» and told me to call their call center to get a code and call him back. When I asked to speak with a manager, he informed me that he was the manager. The manager Ren was less than helpful… I guess Stimpy is running the show here. #ridiculous

After going to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion the day before, I was ready have a relaxing day at home and eat some delivery pizza. I ordered a large thin crust chicken, pineapple, and bell pepper pizza for 12 dollars. Delivery took about thirty minutes, he was a very nice middle aged man with glasses. The pizza itself was cooked thoroughly and tasted good for a main stream pizza joint. The thing I love about papa johns is the banana pepper the put on the side, and the garlic sauce. Don’t get me started on the garlic sauce… Especially after it’s been sitting in a warm pizza box for a few minutes, then it’s perfectly melted into a garlicky butter sauce.

Possibly the worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered. Pizza didn’t come for an hour and a half. I called, got put on hold for ten minutes before I was told the pizza was already delivered but they’d resend it. What? So another hour later I get the pizza minus sauces I’d paid for. Was basically told by the manager he didn’t believe me. Absolutely bizarre. If I was understanding him correctly, his driver somehow had to pay for the last delivery, and it was my fault? I asked him how any of that made any sense. I had no missed calls from delivery drivers. No one had been to my door. He then told me to file a complaint because I wouldn’t be getting the sauces I ordered and hung up on me. I’m in awe. Their customer service is an absolute travesty.

So it was 10:30 and the employees in this location had the door locked, I tried to see if they would let me in and the woman who works there just waved at me. I walked of and called, the woman answers and happens to ignore me while I try to ask her what time they close. End of story this location does not care of customer service and I don’t think it’s worth your time to go and get disrespected for trying to order a lousy pizza.

It really takes a lot to get me riled up — but this place went out of their way to suck. My experience was not good — then I checked on Unilocal AFTER(my fault), and my same story was pasted all over Unilocal.Delivery for a cold pizza took 1 hour 40 minutes. Called Manager. Manager didn’t pick up for 10 minutes. Manager saw my order(time stamped). Manager had no clue when it was delivered. Manager promised to refund my money in 3 days(probably should check that, now that I’m thinking about it). Too bad – Chain pizza delivery has a time – even for a committed Unilocaler/Foodie. Chain pizza delivery has a time when you don’t want a hassle. This place is a hassle.

Drive to the Kirby location. Unless you want a mystery pizza with toppings you never ordered. Even on line orders come out wrong. It’s happened repeatedly and I’m not even a big pizza person. So, I’m not giving you any more opportunities… others wise its insanity… because I know you’ll get it wrong again. Cheers.

Not the worst pizza you can buy but it easily worse than the 2nd worse place. Try Star Pizza. It’s only a few blocks away.

Not the best pizza experience ever right meow. The pizza was available for pickup when they said it would be. It was not piping hot, even as I shoveled a slice into my face in the car on the way back home, but at least it was warm — unlike a Taco Bell coup d’etat that attempted to give me cold food and I not only one-starred them but drove back to bitch like a total bitch can. The parking lot had spaces, so that is good. Except one of their take-out delivery big guys(4u) felt the need to go like 60 in his big monster truck(nice truck — sorry about your dick) as I was trying to back out. So common courtesy: don’t expect it when you see a big truck. But at least the bro(yeah, he was a breaux) gave me ample extra parmesan and red pepper packets. So he passed muster. And they did the buffalo chicken pizza perfect, unlike other locations. See the photo — they did the swirl perfectly. I would order from here again when I have good coupons for them. Pizza is life. Pizza life! You hear me meow, go on get a pizza from somewhere but it doesn’t need to be from here.

Ordered online. Estimated 30 – 40 minute delivery time. An hour later — no pizza. This store needs to get their act together.

It took two hours to get one pizza. Everytime I called did nothing. I was on Dunlavy and MI; not that far away. It was a Sunday night. Seriously, two hours?!

On time delivery and good deals. Nothing special. Don’t get the Special Seasoning packet. It looks appealing, but is the worst combination of spices. Stick to the basics of Parmesan Cheese and Crushed Pepper. The Chicken Courdon Bleu Pizza is good!
