Papa John’s Pizza

Horrible customer service!!! I ordered 2 pizzas via online a few days ago. I went to pick up and pay for my order and was treated so disrespectfully, after a long day at work. The cashier was very rude and threw my change on the counter instead of placing it in my hand, like I originally gave it to him. He was very nasty and snappy! Treat others how you want to be treated! I understand you work in customer service, but me nicer to people especially when they’re nice to you! I felt discriminated against based on the color of my skin and my sexual orientation! Domininos will no longer receive my business! My order was completely wrong and the customer service was AWFUL! I did not receive a thank you, an apology, or nothing. Good luck, please just treat people better!

I love how the cashier/​manager can be so rude. I placed an online order for pick up at 6pm and got there 5mins early. He couldn’t find my order and said it says 6pm. My response was yes I got her 5 mins early thinking it would be close to being done. Not even he rush to put the pizza together with no gloves on while I sit and watch also recorded him. Sat for 20mins than finally it’s ready he hands it to me and I’ve ask for garlic butter he tells me it’s $ 1 for 2 when I sat there watched them give alway to other customer for free. But I said ok paid for it. Asked for paper plates since I’ve seen them giving other customers plates. He goes to say I don’t know if I can find any. Whatever dude.
Papa Johns may have better ingredients. But you also need better employees. Please put some thought into this.

Worst Papa John’s location ever. After being immediately placed on hold for 6 minutes, I placed an order for their 5-​topping large pizza special for $ 12 and was told my total came to $ 23 dollars. The employee told me it was because I had extra toppings, and when I asked him to repeat the toppings and pointed out there were just 5, he was silent on the phone for 2 minutes. He then told me «the system won’t let him ring in the special they were running» and told me to call their call center to get a code and call him back. When I asked to speak with a manager, he informed me that he was the manager. The manager Ren was less than helpful… I guess Stimpy is running the show here. #ridiculous

I always order online for this location and theyre always pretty consistant. Whenever I do carryout, it takes awhile for someone to come to the register though.

Refuse to deliver 1.8 miles away. Refuse to deliver anywhere in the museum district. Had to get dominos

This is the absolute worst Papa John’s. Never mind, it’s the worst pizza place ever. They have never once gotten my order right or sent it in a reasonable amount of time. Bad pizza, rude employees, way overpriced. I’ve learned my lesson– no more. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Sorry… this Papa Johns is not true to what they advertise. The cheese on our pizza, what little there was, was not real. If it was it was real, it did not have the texture, taste or consistency of real cheese. I have tasted better frozen pizza. My suggestion is to try another or make your own.

Worst PJ location ever. Promised 40 minute delivery. After an hour I called to be told my order was cancelled. No reason just cancelled and now the wait time is 1 hour 20 minutes. Go f**** yourself Papa.

Ordered a pizza for delivery and found the dough not cooked all the way… Mistake ok it happens. Call them to let them know, they replace it bring me another one 30 minutes later! Second pizza, outside was burnt and the middle of the pizza still doughy and not cooked all the way through… Really? Waiste of money and time. They obviously don’t know what they’re doing…

I usually always give a place a second try. We all have bad days right? The first time I came for pick up… witnessed half the staff screaming at each other, one staff member even flipped his coworker off openly. One girl with purple hair kept asking me if my last name was Kirby. I repeated no… thats the street I live on. My last name is … she then turns and says yeah I told you this was kirby! Looks at me and rolls her eyes. Wow awkward.
Today is my second attempt for a reasonable experience. The guy taking my order I recognized as an unhappy employee from my first visit. He rolled his eyes as I asked questions, all the while holding his hand out for my card. I hadn’t even ordered… how could I pay??? He then answers the phone as im ordering. …rolls his eyes as hes listening to the customer on the other end… asks them to hold and then says to another employee «can you answer the phone, this guy might be fu**ing retarded. Wow. Never again

I just tried to use a coupon for a $ 12 large pizza upto 5 toppings that doesn’t expire until 8−31−14 and it was refused. It was not an online coupon. The manager on duty said that he was told by? not to accept any more of the coupons that I was trying to use. So this to me is false advertising.

Got a large meat pizza with onions and tomatoes for $ 25 plus tip. Seemed a little pricey for a papa johns quality pizza. I ordered it online and it took for ever to sign in and register my initial time. It will definitely be quicker next time if their is one. The confirmation came back with a 2 hour delivery time. I called and they said it would be one hour because of the game.

I was hesitant to order from here given the other low reviews, but I felt compelled to write about my own experiences after having a positive impression.
I used
to order my pizza online for my Super Bowl party. I requested the pizza be delivered at 5pm. The website had a handy alert saying that due to the immense volume of pizzas ordered, deliveries may come slightly before or after the requested time, which I found to be reasonable.
My pizzas arrived at 4:45 (acceptable to me), hot and both of my pizzas were exactly the toppings I had ordered. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this location again, I’ll update this review if I have a better or worse experience next time
Edit for 2÷10÷13: Ordered a pizza, requested 7:30 delivery and it arrived at 7:27. Can’t get much more precise than that!

Repeated wrong orders, even when online. I drive to the Kirby location. Its pizza… how hard can it be? Apparently, its very hard. Geez!

Ordered my pizza online for the first time at this location and was at my door within 30 minutes as ordered. No complaints here!

What can I say? This was the first time I ordered pizza and wings from this location. Since delivery is not accepted in my area, I was so excited to it up in store and looking forward to the taste since I haven’t had it for a long time. I ate two pieces of pizza and 4 out of 10 pieces of wings. A couple of hours later, I got hungry again and started to eat the rest of the pieces. I noticed that there was something stringy in the last five pieces and picked out the items that were bothering me. As I picked them out of my mouth, I noticed that it looked like a piece of hair. I ignored it in the slice I had, but as I scrambled through the rest of the slices I had left, I noticed there were more… I kept finding more strands and longer pieces of hair as I ate my last pieces of pizza. Disgusted. I’ve never found so much hair in pizza before. I am sorry, but I will not be returning to this location again. If you like stringy hair in your pizza, then you’re more than welcomed to eat here, but if you don’t, I suggest you order pizza elsewhere.
