Papa John’s Pizza

Worst Papa John franchise there is.
Every time I order no matter the time of day it takes a minimum of 1 hr for delivery after I receive my confirmation.
Usually I receive 1 bone dry banana pepper, garlic butter that isn’t the right consistency, and instead of extra tomatoes sauce I get barely any.
Btw the store is only 5.2 miles (15mins) from my home.

Pizza was so mushy and more bread than anything. I like the garlic dip and also that it is quick to make but I really wish it tasted better :)

My husband and I ordered the 2 large 2 topping pizzas for $ 18.99 to be delivered to our home. Upon arrival, the delivery man was the nicest and gave us 2 hot pizzas. Upon opening the pizzas, we noticed how burned the crusts were (we did order thin crust but not well done). Upon tasting both pizzas, my husband and I both looked at each other and immediately said «this pizza is stale and reheated» or something to the effect. We have both had Pappa John’s pizzas (specials included) from other locations and they were delicious. It is apparently this location, the pizzas were similar in quality to bargain frozen pizzas that can be found in a grocery store (i.e. Totino’s). We also noted how quickly the pizza arrived (ordered at :13pm and arrived at 8:40 on a Friday night when the arrival time was stated as 45 minutes to an hour by the cashier on the phone). Worst experience from Pappa John’s ever and we have been to several locations in several cities and states.

i thought they would bake the anchovies with the piZza, i got it in a can. garlic knots are dry, garlic parmesan breadsticks were dry, pizza was good, banana pepper was bone dry, seeds just fell out,. bbq wings were good.,
3 hrs after eating., I feel nauseous.,

This is the worst papa johns ever. They take HOURS to deliver and when the pizza eventually arrives, 99% of the time the delivery is wrong. Sometimes they don’t even come to the door, they make you come to the car to get your pizza. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
