To preface: this isn’t just a one experience review. This is a review made after multiple deliveries, on a number of occasions. I work nearby and often buy staff or myself pizza once or twice a week for the past year. I’ve seen a slow decline in service that is really disappointing. I cannot speak for the other reviews that complain about the dirty building because I have only been a delivery customer, however I don’t feel like my order was complicated at all and they forget simple details and the delivery guy looks at me and says(after already tipped) «oh yeah we forgot to bring that… did you want me to go back and get it? Or is it cool?» In what world is it «cool» to be tipped for a delivery service that was missing things ordered. And, YEAH I do want you to go back and get that from your store that is right down the street. He never came back with the missing items, I called an hour later they said they would send a driver… driver never came. Needless to say, taking our staffs weekly pizza days to another nearby competitor who cares

The service was terrible! We walked in and sat down because no one seated us after waiting to be seated. I guess now we have to order first, little did we know that! Maybe should have some kind of sign directing that! The Hispanic lady working up front gave us an attitude and didn’t even communicate with us any when she brought our food to the table. Didn’t even ask if we would like anything else. We had to ask for the sauce to our breadsticks and for plates! Seems like she had a long day or just has a attitude problem! The food was good but the customer service honestly was poor!

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been good pizza. They’ve always been nice and gets my orders right, even when I get tons of toppings. I use online ordering too and it works well. I only use the drive thru so I can’t review the inside. Only bad thing was the pretzel crust, way too salty. Next time I’ll stick with the regular garlic crust, it’s delicious! Overall love it!

Dirty, broken, sloppy. It’s sad to see this food chain age so terribly. Staff was mildly friendly but fairly interested in helping me. Tables looked like they haven’t been wiped in days. Pizza was ok.

Terrible service. From the minute i ordered… They didn’t deliver my order. Called me and said i had to pick it up myself. And i after i did, they told me i had to wait 15 minutes for the to make it because the driver/person on the phone left and didn’t tell them to make it. On top of everything when i asked to speak to the manager, she completely blew me off and responded with(do you want your pizza or not??) Terrible terrible service…

Ordered delivery of the new Cheesy Crust Pizza(the one with all the cheese boat type things around the outside) and was extremely dissapointed… in fact my wife and I didn’t even finish eating before we threw it away. The pizza was cold /stale like it had been sitting premade at the store for serveral hours before we received it and the cheese had slid off the crust and took over the pizza. Overall review is horrible.

I like pizza hut but this does seem to take it’s time. Pizza hut people there just don’t seem to care about your order. On the other hand sometimes it is good. I guess depends who working.

I love Pizza Hut, but it seems like everytime I go to this one… Well it just let’s me down. My order is either wrong, burnt, or just bad all together. The workers there never seem to be in a hurry to do anything and rarely seem to care how your food turns out. I know I will not be going back anytime soon, but hey you can try it if you want.
