I usually order online. I rather pick it up myself instead of delivery, and usually within 10 minutes of the online order it’s sitting there waiting for me. Papa Johns always will taste like Papa Johns, but since I’ve moved here I have not had any problems with this store.

Ordered a pizza at 8:54. Called at 10:10 to ask where it was. They informed us that they couldn’t find the address so the order was voided. Upon hearing this, we asked why they didn’t call (We knew they had it because I called to confirm the order and they looked it up using my number). The girl on the phone put us on hold for 7 minutes to find a manager. The manager (Trina) answered the phone and almost immediately began speaking to my girlfriend as if she were a child. Couldn’t be more angry. Ordered a pizza from Dominoes and it was here within 25 minutes. I’d go through them, if I were you.
