Me and my mother came her to return some shoes recently that were too small and poorly made and waited in line calmly. The lady in front of us had a horde of shoes and was finally checked out. Then I was next and the lady returned my shoes and I got my refund. When It finally came to my mother’s turn however, the lady told my mother that they were closed and she wasn’t taking taking anymore customer’s. I found this rude for the fact that me and her arrived at the same time. My mother had to explain that she was her the whole time in line waiting and just wanted to make a exchange. Poor customer service.
