Bonus: Shoutout to Les Givrals and Phở Saigon which are next door/​across the parking lot, kill two birds with one stone and drop by during lunch to drop off your pants to get hemmed/​tapered.

First, I’m so glad to see the hours for this place posted on Unilocal.I called in and got the hours from the lady who works there, and then sent that info to Unilocal.They’re also open on Saturday, 10 – 4, FYI.
I came in with a very no-​frills request: hemming pants that are too long. It was such a quick and easy transaction from start to finish. I tried the pants on (and brought the shoes I wanted them to be measured against), she pinned them, I took them off, she asked me when I needed them. I wasn’t in a hurry, else I think they do 24 hr turn around on small jobs like this. I got the pants back 48 hrs later, the work was absolutely as expected. It only cost me $ 9.70, which I think is a fantastic price. I’ll definitely be back. Service was extremely friendly and efficient.
My only tip is that parking in this area is awful, so try to come in at non-​meal times to avoid a parking nightmare. I live in Midtown, so I just walk, but I always see cars circling around like vultures looking for spots due to Phở Saigon and Les Givral’s.
Also, as usual for small business like this: cash or check only, due upon pick up.

Great customer service & Quality alterations!
I’ve only been here twice but each time I’ve very pleased with the work done to the clothes I’ve had altered. The work isn’t visible at all. Each time I come in, the lady who does the alterations (will get her name next go time I go in) knows who I am and what I am coming to pick up without me even showing a ticket. This is my go-​to place for alternations.
Small drawbacks:
–Parking (you may have to park on the top level depending on what time you go to the shop
–Cash only. A bank is in the plaza and the ATM is in the drive thru.

I’ve had a few things tailored here: 1 bridesmaid dress, 2 pairs of slacks. The bridesmaid dress came out all right. I only wore it once so I can’t be sure of the longevity of the alterations.
The slacks were another story. The lady there flat-​out forgot to do a couple things I’d asked (for example: asked her to remove the pocket stitches so I could have pockets, she didn’t do it). Secondly the stitches in both pairs came out after about 4 – 5 wearings. I looked at the thread and it was the finest, most delicate thread I’d ever seen (read: it was probably the cheapest). Why are you using that on the hems of my slacks, may I ask?!
Lastly, the people here never, ever, EVER answer the phone. And an additional sore point, no credit cards. Thank god I had cash.
I will not be going back to this place and I would recommend you find another, more reliable spot.

I take all my alterations here! They do everything (except reweaving), and do everything really well. If you need to take anything in, sew something up, alter an outfit or hem your pants… this is the place for you. If you even wanna make custom tailored pants… they can do that too. Their services are considerably CHEAPER then anywhere else! The only downside is that they only take cash!
